Modern facilities , with all the comforts that we needed as a family. Very clean, tidy and spacious. We really missed nothing. Maria on the reception was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. They have also a fitness room on the basement , which was equally clean and had everything for a simple workout. They have their own private parking very near the hotel , which is a big plus.

It's our honeymoon, but we didn’t notice the resort in advance: our room had been upgraded free to a rooftop room with jacuzzi, and they also gifted us a bottle of pink for our honeymoon, what a sweet surprise! Every one is very kind and caring. The location is far from downtown of Rethymno, but the resort has its own beach, which is very calm and keep from crowds. Hope we have chance to be here again in the future!

The service was impeccable from start to finish. The hotel also offers a lift service to drive its guests from the hotel to the Agia Marina port.

White swan offers accommodation in Kallithea of Rethymno. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Beautfiful place, very well located (by the sea). The staff was hepfull and very friendly. I recommand that place 100% for your stay in Rethymno !
