The Monte Pascoal Praia Hotel Salvador is located on the seafront of the famous Farol da Barra Beach, which you can admire from the balcony of your room and from the swimming pool. Friendly staff, amazing selection for breakfast buffet. The location is awesome. The bed was super comfortable. The room was large and very clean.

Charming sitting area on 2nd floor (although I didn’t get much use of it because it was raining for most of the weekend I was there. Breakfast was excellent - every day there were 2 different juices to pick from, a different cake every day, artisan preserves for the bread basket. Eggs, tapioca, cuzcuz to order. Very attentive service and the staff couldn’t have been any more gracious. Also, it rained a lot while I was there and Shopping Barra is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I spent time in the mall, people watching.
