The help given to us before our trip by Stephan in organising airport transfers and hire cars, and during our stay by David in settling us in and being on hand for help and assistance was invaluable and very much appreciated. The hospitality shown was outstanding. Wonderful people. We did overnight at the Renaissance during our trip as we wanted to go to their Private Island and see the flamingos - it worked out cheaper to do that than buy 4 day passes. We stayed in one of their Ocean Suites with a sea view. We wished we had just bought the day passes in the end as the accommodation at the Renaissance was cramped, poor value for money and nothing special compared to Pauline's. We couldn't wait to get back to our home from home. Highly recommended. Book with confidence. When we return to Aruba in the future, we will look to stay at Pauline's again.”
