The apartment has everything you need for a week's stay. It has a nice kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, cutlery and dishes. The room is very, very clean. There is also a large terrace. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok for 9€, and it is being paid after each one, so you need not to pay it in advance, which is good if you want to eat somewhere else. And there are really a lot of fast food, supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

The staff was very nice and was available for every question and request. Our room was upgraded to a small suite which was very comfortable, with a great sea view. Short walking distance to the old town.

The studio was spotless, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal, with breathtaking views of the sea right from our balcony. Falassarna truly boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk from a charming, peaceful beach, as well as the larger Falassarna beach. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. While the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect beach getaway!

Apartmani i studiji Kavos Beach smešteni su na mirnoj i lepoj lokaciji na obali Kavosa sa koje se pruža predivan pogled na Kritsko more. It was our second year at Kavos and we will be back for a third!! Everything was perfect.The staff is very polite and helpfull, the food is tasty and very reasonably priced, the rooms are comfy and the whole atmosfere of the hotel in very relaxed. This year they added a Spa and we were offered free massages the first day we arrived. After that we used the spa a couple of times and every time it was a very relaxing and healing experience. The rented car comes in handy if you want to visit the nearby towns of Chania and Rethymno or go to other beaches, or even if you want to go to the supermarket.
