Location, view, pool, unit all 10/10. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The access to the beach was very convenient. Very child friendly and comfortable for a stay with a young child, with cot and highchair provided and a very short walk to the playground by the beach.

Located on One Mile Beach, Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach boasts an outdoor pool and a tennis court. You can dine at the on-site restaurant, and children will enjoy a kids club and a playground. It was comfortable, easy to access, spacious accommodation. The park was lovely, we didn't use any on site facilities other than the cafe which was good. It was very close to the beach which was great!

It has all the regular ammenities in your room, fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, biscuits and wifi. A large shower with hot water and wonderful water pressure. There is a free laundry and your room is cleaned daily. Parking is a little tight in the courtyard, but there is more parking in the expansive parking lot next door. The owners are delightful and always available to assist if you need them. The office does shut down at 8 pm, so if you are checking in after hours, just make arrangements to get your key. Best motel in Raymond Terrace. Also, there is a restaurant nest door serving lunch and dinner.

The room came with a power board and an extension cord that allowed me to work comfortably in the room and they were very accommodating when I requested an extended checkout.

Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock adalah taman liburan yang terletak di One Mile, Port Stephens. Friendly staff. Cabins clean with necessary appliances for cooking. Air conditioner was amazing! It was so cold. Bed was so so comfortable. Great place for some solo R n R. Recommend staying here. Definitely will be back. Thank you.
