CNML Certification Review Course
The Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML®) exam is built on the AONL Nurse Leader Core Competencies necessary for successful leadership in any role and across all settings. This model covers the five practice areas of Professionalism, Communication and Relationship Management, Knowledge of the Health Care Environment, Business Skills and Principles, and Leadership.
The CNML Essentials Review Course assists participants in preparing for the CNML Certification Exam through a review of the five practice areas and practical application of the skills through group discussion. This program will review test-taking skills to build your confidence for the CNML certification exam.

Using scenario-based learning, participants will assess their level of competency in their own leadership practice; strengthen those competencies through practice, discussion, and sharing of perspectives; and feel prepared for the CNML Certification Exam.

The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 7.0 contact hours.
