Took less than a year to break down. I got 2 in oct '23,one still works fine, the other that gets used more often stopped working. I'll ask it something and it'll turn blue for a second and then just stop. If it is on, anything I have programmed such as an alarm, will not go off. It also randomly shuts down completely. Would love a replacement because it's been handy but this is very annoying. I have to unplug it twice a day to reset it
