Customer Review

I jumped from the Fitbit ecosystem to Garmin and wanted a watch that didn't look like a smartwatch or fitness watch. I should have done more research - this watch is one of the worst technology products I have ever owned.

The touch screen is barely responsive - you will spend countless moments tapping, tapping, and tapping again to get this freaking thing to respond to your touch. Swipe gestures are no better. The menu layout is abysmal.

The fitness tracking features are comically limited compared to the rest of the Garmin ecosystem. You will often find yourself wishing you had just gone with one of their traditional running or multi-sport watches.

The overall experience has been so bad I am honestly just thinking of going back to my old and crusty Fitbit rather than re-investing in a better Garmin watch. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
