First, my hair is slightly wavy to a little tighter curls in certain areas. Also, my hair is very fine. I was having trouble finding a conditioner or leave in conditioner that works. Here are my pro and con list:
Pros
- with very little product I get the benefits of using this one product, I don’t even use conditioner in the shower anymore, just wash my hair and apply to damp hair, let air dry
- leaves my hair with volume, soft, not frizzy, just really healthy looking
- the price is reasonable and I feel works way better than more expensive products I have tried
-easy and convenient to use
Cons
- it is creamy, I just wasn’t prepared for that, not really a con, so I just spray it on my hand and work it through that way
- smell is okay, little potent right out of bottle, but dissipates quickly
- wish the bottle size was a little bigger
Overall, I think it is a great product and worth trying. Also, I tend to have oily hair and this still is perfect. Again, I use this in place of a daily conditioner in the shower. I feel it just absorbs better into my damp hair. It is not oily and the results last all day.

Honest review of leave in conditioner

Working but don’t love the texture it gives my hair
First of all, I wanna preface this by saying I am a 31 y/o woman who has struggled with hair loss/excessive shedding and thinning because of hormonal changes postpartum. However, more recently I noticed a huge change in the quality of my hair and increased hair shedding after having Covid twice starting back in the beginning of July. In addition to recently adding this to my hair care routine, I have also added a filter to my shower head that I purchased off of here. I take lots of vitamins, mostly all Shaklee products. I have also been taking beef liver and collagen supplements, my multivitamin includes methylated b vitamins. I take vitamin d3 and zinc as well. I am still struggling with excessive fallout when it is hair wash day, but it has lessened quite a bit. The different between these pictures is about a month so I feel like that’s saying a lot. I stopped using hair ties and tightly tying my hair back, now I’m using banana clips which actually make thin/fine hair look much much fuller. I’m not sure if this product is the thing that’s helped with the hair growth, but I know it’s not necessarily the product helping with regrowth- as it says directly on the bottle itself. I use a heat protectant and a keratin hair spray. I’ve tried to step away from dry shampoo and teasing my hair which is so hard because there’s nothing I want more than that full, voluminous June Carter hairstyle. I have also stopped using conditioner altogether because I noticed it’s making my hair very flat and causing more hair fall. I will normally do a hair mask on hair wash day and use healing oil on my ends and scalp throughout the week on the days I don’t wash my hair. I’m hoping to see more progress but I’m really not sure if the volume or thickness of my hair will come back in the near future, as I know these things take time. I went from having such a beautiful, thick, versatile and long hairstyle that always had volume and that enviable oomph to noticing patches of my hair missing after having Covid. To all my ladies out there struggling with this, keep on keeping on. It will get better, I promise.With this product in particular, don’t overuse. I noticed when I used too much that it ended up making my hair less moisturized and almost hard/crunchy/dry which I felt was odd. But hey, it advises that you don’t use more than what’s recommended so that’s on me. I also just don’t know if it’s giving me the moisture that I want, but I’ll continue using it as I’m seeing a noticeable increase in the length of my hair.
