Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Infrared Sauna now available for two people, you get one session included with each booking. ‘Y Panorama’ is a lovingly converted Bedford Plaxton Panorama bus from 1968 with its own roof, porch, outdoor area and superb view. We aim to provide a low impact setup which is why we have a compost toilet and provide you with non-chemical products, please do use them. *No pets please!

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

I converted it during lockdown #2, and spent a few months living in it last winter, lighting many fires and seeing the occasional otter. The space is solely yours, in a little woodland nook hidden a field deep from the road, you won't see anyone or visa versa. It's also fully fenced, for your pets to enjoy a run around. Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
