《儿童权利公约》（Convention on the Rights of the Child，CRC）是一项有关儿童权利个国际公约。联合国拉1989年11月20号个会议上通过该有关议案，1990年9月2号生效。

《儿童权利公约》适用于全世界个儿童，即18岁以下个所有人。
