Thinking in Textures

Angelspit is an electronic music band originally from Sydney, Australia, and currently based in Chicago, United States. The band was formed in 2004 by vocalists/synthesists Destroyx and ZooG. The band's music combines stylistic elements of horror, punk, pop and electronic music. Their work contains imagery revolving around medical experiments and grotesque societies. Angelspit has toured with Angel Theory, Ayria, Ikon, KMFDM, Tankt and The Crüxshadows, and have also shared the stage with bands such as The Sisters of Mercy, Nitzer Ebb, Skinny Puppy and Front Line Assembly. They performed with Lords of Acid during a 22-date U.S. tour in March 2011 and toured the United States with Blood on the Dance Floor in October 2011.

"Smack That" is a song by American singer and songwriter Akon featuring American rapper Eminem from the former's second studio album Konvicted (2006). Produced by the latter, it was written by the artists alongside Mike Strange and Luis Resto. The collaboration came after the two artists met during a recording session for Shady Records rapper Obie Trice. The song received acclaim from contemporary music critics for being a great club song.

Beatrice "Bertie" Blackman is an Independent Australian singer, songwriter and guitarist. She rose to fame in 2004 with her debut album Headway, which came after years of prolific performances around Sydney's inner-city venues, where she developed a dedicated following.

Golden Era Records is a record label that specializes in Australian hip hop music and is based in Stirling, South Australia, Australia. The label was founded in 2008 by South Australian hip hop trio Hilltop Hoods.

He has released four studio albums: What You See Is What You Get (2008); Falling & Flying (2011), which peaked at No. 4 on the ARIA Albums Chart and was certified platinum; Utopia (2014), and Vintage Modern (2017). 360's second album provided four charting singles, including "Boys like You", which peaked at No. 3 on the ARIA Singles Chart and was certified 4× platinum. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2012, he received six nominations and won the 'Breakthrough Artist – Release' award for Falling & Flying, while Styalz Fuego won the ARIA 'Producer of the Year' Artisan award for the same album.

Angelique Frances Meunier, known professionally as Havana Brown or DJ Havana Brown, is an Australian DJ, singer, record producer, songwriter and dancer. In 2008, Brown signed with Island Records Australia as a DJ for the record company, and began releasing her Crave compilation album series, which featured remixes of songs from other artists. This led to her touring with international artists, including Britney Spears, Rihanna, the Pussycat Dolls, Chris Brown and Enrique Iglesias.

English singer-songwriter Teddy Sinclair has released two studio albums, one extended play (EP), and ten singles as an artist, as well as eight as a featured artist. She began her musical career by releasing a standalone single, entitled "Don't Play Nice", under the alias of Verbalicious, with label All Around the World. Although the song reached number eleven in the United Kingdom, the label went bankrupt shortly after the song's release. In 2008, Sinclair collaborated with French recording artist M. Pokora in the song "They Talk Shit About Me", as Verse. Sinclair later changed her stage name to Natalia Cappuccini and released the extended play Wommanequin independently.

Since season one, contestants have achieved commercial success on the Australian ARIA Charts, with thirteen top-ten albums, eighteen top-ten songs, and twenty-nine platinum and thirteen gold certifications.

Nate Gilbertson, often known simply as Nathaniel, is a South African-born Australian singer and songwriter most notable for finishing sixth on the fourth season of The X Factor Australia. In 2013, he signed a recording contract with DNA Songs' label through Sony Music Australia, and released the single "You", which peaked at number four on the ARIA Singles Chart.

Nicholas James Murphy, known professionally as Chet Faker, is an Australian singer and songwriter. In 2012, as Chet Faker, he issued an extended play, Thinking in Textures, and signed to Downtown Records in the United States. In October 2012, he won Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Thinking in Textures won Best Independent Single/EP at the Australian Independent Records Awards. In January 2013, the work won Best Independent Release at the Rolling Stone Australia Awards for 2012.

Rüfüs Du Sol, stylised as RÜFÜS DU SOL and formerly known as simply Rüfüs from 2010 to 2018, are an Australian alternative dance group from Sydney, that consists of Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt. Their debut album Atlas peaked at number one in Australia, while their second album Bloom debuted atop the Australian albums chart in early 2016. Their single "You Were Right" won the ARIA Award for Best Dance Release in 2015. While still known as Rüfüs elsewhere, they performed as Rüfüs Du Sol in the United States because Rufus was already taken. In 2018 they changed their name to Rüfüs Du Sol internationally.

The discography of Australian recording artist Tim Omaji consists of three studio albums, two extended plays, twenty-four singles and fourteen music videos. In May 2011, Omaji independently released his debut album, Welcome, which included the promotional single "Save the Dancefloor". Later that year, he signed a record deal with Sony Music Australia.

Cinematic is the fourth studio album by Australian rapper Illy, first released in November 2013 through ONETWO records.

iTunes Session is an extended play (EP) by Australian electronic musician Chet Faker. It was released on 28 November 2014 exclusively on the iTunes Store through Future Classic. The six-track EP was recorded at Studios 301 in Sydney and features live versions of tracks originally for his debut album Built on Glass with the exception of "I'm Into You" which appeared on his 2012 debut EP, Thinking in Textures. The EP debuted and peaked at number 18 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

"1998" is the second single by Australian musician Chet Faker from his debut studio album Built on Glass (2014). The song was released in Australia as a digital download on 5 May 2014 through Future Classic. It was voted No. 8 on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2014.

"Gold" is the third single by Australian musician Chet Faker from his debut studio album, Built on Glass (2014). The song was released in Australia as a digital download on 2 June 2014, by Future Classic. It was voted number seven on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2014. The song was scored for the "New MacBook – Reveal" video during the Apple Watch Event on 9 March 2015.

Lockjaw is an extended play (EP) by Australian musicians Flume and Chet Faker, released on 22 November 2013 by Future Classic.
