The ReliaQuest Bowl is an annual college football bowl game played in Tampa, Florida. The event was known as the Hall of Fame Bowl from 1986 to 1995 and the Outback Bowl from 1996 to 2022. It was held at Tampa Stadium from 1986 until 1999, when it moved to then-new Raymond James Stadium. The bowl has been played on New Year's Day for most of its history, often the first game to kick off on a day that is traditionally filled with post-season college football.

The chain started in 2002 as a partnership of American musician Jimmy Buffett's company, the Orlando, Florida-based Margaritaville Holdings LLC, and OSI Restaurant Partners, with Buffett licensing the name and Outback Steakhouse operating the franchising of restaurants. After a change of ownership in 2012, most of the restaurants were closed by 2014. The last location, located in Secaucus, New Jersey, temporarily closed in March 2020 and this was made permanent in September 2020.

Lee Roy Selmon's was an American casual dining restaurant chain located and founded in Florida by former NFL player Lee Roy Selmon. The concept was owned by OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC until 2008 when it was sold to MVP Holdings Tampa, Inc. owned by Outback Steakhouse founders Robert D. "Bob" Basham and Chris T. Sullivan. Lee Roy Selmon continued to work with the company through its transfer of ownership until his death in 2011. There are three locations, all of which are located in west-central Florida. It was announced on May 23, 2018, that the original location will be closing after 17 years.

The game was nationally televised on ESPN2, and its title sponsor is the Outback Steakhouse restaurant franchise.
