Jean-Dominique Okemba is a Congolese military and political figure. He has been a special adviser to the President of Congo-Brazzaville, Denis Sassou Nguesso, since 1997, and he has also been the secretary-general of the National Security Council since 2002. He is a nephew of Sassou Nguesso.

The Grand prix de littérature de l'Académie française is a French literary award, established in 1911 by the Académie française. It goes to an author for their entire body of work. Originally an annual prize, it has since 1979 been handed out every second year, alternately with the Grand prix de littérature Paul-Morand.

The grand prix national des Lettres was created in 1950 by the French Ministry of Culture to recognize writers who have contributed to the influence of French literature. It has not been awarded since 1999.

The prix Paul-Langevin is a prize created in 1956 and named in honor of Paul Langevin. It has been awarded each year since 1957 by the Société française de physique (SFP). The prize honors French physicists for work in theoretical physics.
