Lamar Lavante Lathon (born December 23, 1967) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). [1] He played college football for the Houston Cougars and was selected by the Houston Oilers in the first round of the 1990 NFL draft. Lathon played eight seasons in the league. [2] He last played in 1998 with the Carolina Panthers. [3]
