David Salom

Gregorio Lavilla is a Spanish former professional motorcycle road racer. He has raced in MotoGP, the Superbike World Championship, and the British Superbike Championship, taking the British crown in 2005. For 2008 he raced in WSB for the Ventaxia Honda team, finishing the championship in 12th place. He raced in four rounds of the 2009 WSB series with the Guandalini Racing Ducati team.

Esteve "Tito" Rabat Bergada is a Spanish motorcycle racer. He is best known for winning the 2014 Moto2 World Championship with a record points total for the intermediate class.

Eugene Laverty is a professional motorcycle road racer from Northern Ireland, the brother of Michael and John. For 2019 he is contracted to ride in the Superbike World Championship for Team Go Eleven on a Ducati Panigale.

Anthony "Ant" Keith West,, is an Australian motorcycle road racer. He most recently raced in the 2019 Brazilian Superbike Championship for the Kawasaki Racing Team. West was suspended from participating at any FIM sanctioned events for 24 months due to testing positive for banned substances from July 8th 2018 to September 14th 2020. In 2018 he competed in the Supersport World Championship, aboard a Kawasaki ZX-6R and in the Asia Road Race SS600 Championship, aboard a Yamaha YZF-R6.

Stefan Bradl is a German motorcycle racer. He is the 2011 Moto2 World Champion, and the son of former racer Helmut Bradl. In 2017, Bradl competed in the Superbike World Championship. He is contracted as a test rider for Repsol Honda Team and is available as a replacement for injured team-mates in MotoGP class, deputising for Marc Marquez in the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Bradl had a wild card ride in May 2021 under HRC colours, finishing in position 12.

Karel Abraham is a retired motorcycle racer from the Czech Republic. He competed in Grand Prix motorcycle racing from 2005 to 2019, riding in the 125cc, 250cc, Moto2 and MotoGP classes, with the exception of 2016, when he raced in the Superbike World Championship. In 2010 he won the Moto2 Valencian Grand Prix and finished third at Twin Ring Motegi in the same class. His father, also called Karel Abraham, has owned Brno Circuit since December 2005.

Gino Daniel Rea is an English motorcycle racer of Italian descent. In 2020 he competed in the FIM Endurance World Championship with Wojcik Racing Yamaha, finishing 4th in the World Championship Standings and joined the British Superbike Championship aboard a Suzuki GSX-R1000R with the Buildbase Suzuki team to replace an injured rider. Rea participated in Wojcik Racing's first ever Podium in the FIM EWC at the Bol d'Or 24hr, finishing in second position and winning the Dunlop Independent Cup, following that up with another podium at the Estoril 12hr EWC race. Rea joined the Buildbase Suzuki team as a substitute rider at the fourth British Superbike race of the 2020 season. Rea went on to lead his first BSB race at Donington Park, finishing in 4th position across the line.

Luis Jaime Salom Horrach was a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer. Salom died after a practice accident at Circuit de Catalunya, when making contact with his bike and the wall after a high-speed accident. Racing in the Moto2 class since 2014, he finished 41 races, with 3 podium appearances, including a second-place finish at the 2016 Qatar season opener. At the time of his death, Salom ranked 10th in the 2016 Moto2 Championship point standings. Previously he had competed in Moto3, accumulating nine race victories, finishing 2nd and 3rd in the 2012 and 2013 championships, respectively.

Maverick Viñales Ruiz is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer. After five seasons as a MotoGP factory rider with Yamaha Motor Racing, in August 2021 it was announced that he would join the factory Aprilia racing team from 2022. Soon after in August, it was announced that the contract between Yamaha and Vignales had terminated early, with Vignales only competing in a part-season.

The 2013 FIM MotoGP World Championship was the premier class of the 65th F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season.

Loris Baz is a French motorcycle racer, who races in the Superbike World Championship for the Ten Kate Racing. He has previously competed in MotoGP, the FIM Superstock 1000 Championship, the British Superbike Championship and the European Superstock 600 Championship, where he was champion in 2008.

Luca Scassa is an Italian motorcycle racer who is a Ducati Corse test rider. He previously competed in the MotoGP World Championship, the Superbike World Championship the Supersport World Championship, the AMA Superbike Championship and the British Superbike Championship. He was the Italian Superbike champion in 2008 riding a MV Agusta.

Alexander Thomas Lowes is an English motorcycle racer. He signed in October 2019 for the Kawasaki Racing Team in Superbike World Championship as team-mate to multi-world champion Jonathan Rea.

Esponsorama Racing is a motorcycle racing team competing in the MotoGP and Moto3 World Championships, and in the MotoE World Cup under the name Avintia Esponsorama Racing.

Enea Bastianini is a solo Grand Prix motorcycle racer from Italy. He rides for Avintia Esponsorama Racing in MotoGP class. He won the 2020 Moto2 World Championship.

The 2018 FIM MotoGP World Championship was the premier class of the 70th F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. Marc Márquez entered the season as the reigning champion, with Repsol Honda being the reigning team champions and Honda the reigning constructors' champions.
