A. P. Arjun is an Indian film director, screenwriter and lyricist. He works in Kannada cinema. He made his debut as a lyricist in the film Thangigagi (2006), he debuted as a director with the 2009 film Ambari . His second film Addhuri (2012) has won multiple awards
Arjun married Annapoorna on 10 May 2020 in a simple ceremony with his close relatives. [1] The ceremony was held in the traditional way at Arjun's home. They have a son who was born on 6 May 2021. [2]

The film made its theatrical release across Karnataka screens on 15 June 2012. The stunts were handled by Ravi Verma. In one of the scenes Dhruva Sarja jumped from 65 feet height and did all the stunts without duplicates.

Mr. Airavata is a 2015 Indian Kannada-language action film directed by A. P. Arjun and produced by Sandesh Nagaraj under Sandesh Combines. The film stars Darshan, alongside Urvashi Rautela, Prakash Raj, Anant Nag, Sithara, Bullet Prakash, Sindhu Lokanath, Avinash and Sadhu Kokila, with Darshan's son Vineesh Darshan making his acting debut. The music was composed by V. Harikrishna, while cinematography and editing were handled by Shekhar Chandra and Deepu. S. Kumar.
