The 2010 Tajik League was the 19th season of Tajik League, the Tajikistan Football Federation's top division of association football. Vakhsh Qurghonteppa were the defending champions, having won the previous season, but would lose their title to Istiklol.

Khatlon Bokhtar ,(Persian: باشگاه فوتبال ختلان), (Russian: Футбольный клуб «Хатлон» Бохтар; is a professional football club based in Bokhtar, Tajikistan. They currently play in the top division of the country.

Founded in 2007, the club competes in the Ligai Olii Tojikiston, the top flight of Tajik football league system. It was founded to commemorate the Independence of Tajikistan; Istiklol in Tajik means 'independence'.
