It has been a pleasure advising AGG-PRO, the UK’s leading specialist in aggregate crushing, screening, and recycling machinery, on their sale to SMT GB, a global leader in earthmoving equipment (Volvo Construction Equipment). Agg-Pro has built an enviable reputation for exceptional service and support, providing an extensive range of crushing, screening, recycling, and washing equipment to the aggregate, processing, and recycling sectors. The team at Agg-Pro brings invaluable industry expertise and will provide SMT with a strong platform for future growth. We are excited to see the company play a significant role in supporting OEM sustainability and ESG initiatives across infrastructure, construction, and waste management sectors. Paragon M&A worked alongside Keywords Studios’ legal advisors (DWF – led by Paddy Eaton) to structure a buyer-side W&I programme of insurance. The Multiplayer Group (MPG) has deep experience in developing AAA multiplayer games and the use of technology and analytics having worked alongside developers such as Activision Blizzard, Bethseda, ZeniMax Media, Epic and 2K. Paragon M&A is pleased to have advised ECI Software Solutions, a global leader in cloud-based business management solutions on its acquisition of treetop – a Netherlands-based software company specializing in business software solutions for the residential construction and craft industry. This acquisition will significantly expand ECI Software Solutions’ existing presence in Europe adding almost 3,000 customers and 100+ employees. treetop has been formed through a selective buy-and-build strategy with support from its majority stakeholder, Nedvest Capital. Paragon M&A initially worked alongside Nedvest Capital’s advisors JB Law (led by Jeroen Bleeker and Walter Borchert) and Houlihan Lokey (led by Sascha Pfeiffer and Pascal Haas) to structure a buy-side W&I programme for the transaction.
