They are all the same theme, that’s just a way you can customize it!
whenever I post a theme all of the theme previews are the same theme, and the code is always linked in the post. I don’t give out codes for specific theme previews.
How do I install one of your themes?
on the most recent themes i’ve posted, you will see a “code + features” link. click that! it will direct u to a page that has a big “code here” link at the top. (for older themes, just click the code link in the post.)
you’ll be lead to a pastebin page - scroll down to the SECOND box. right click on it and choose “select all”. then copy that
go on your blog and click “edit theme” in the top right. it’ll bring you to a customize screen. in the top left, there will be a link that says “edit html”. click that, and delete all of the code you see there. once it’s empty, right click and select “paste”
click “update preview”, then “save”, then close the customize screen. (this makes sure your blog refreshes) then open it again to customize everything to your liking!

Why are videos / photosets showing up twice?
its because you have more than one post size selected (i.e 250px, 500px, etc). make sure you only have ONE selected.
In my navigation, there are links I didn’t enter in / old links are popping up?
those are pages you selected “show a link to this page” on. the theme automatically shows these pages in your links menu if you have this enabled. if you want the link to go away, go to that page’s settings and turn off “show a link to this page”.
What is a redux edit / redux theme?
it means instead of making an entire theme on their own (which can be hard for beginners), someone *edited* the original redux theme by jacob bijani. this is where the term “redux edit” comes from!

How come you don’t release your personal themes?
i make my personal themes myself - they’re mine! i don’t have to share them with anyone if i don’t want to. they also have NO to little customize options, and therefore would be incredibly confusing for most people to personalize.
Why is there a strange solid colored bar in some of my posts?
that’s a preset glitch in a few of my redux edits.

How do I change transparency / there’s no transparency option?
there is. in some of my themes, you can change transparency by finding a line in the customize page (NOT THE HTML) labeled “opacity”. there, you can enter a number between 0.0 and 1.0. 0.0 is completely transparent, and 1.0 is completely opaque (solid colored). for example, if i put 0.5, it would be half-transparent.

if the theme has an about page (like this), check the credits section. if it doesn’t, all the backgrounds i use in my previews are in my backgrounds tag.

How do I get a maximized background in your themes?
check the box that says “bgcover” or “maximizedbackground” !
When I select “maximized background”, why does it make my background blurry and low-quality?
the image you selected is too small and therefore won’t look good when stretched out to your whole screen. try finding an image closer to the size of your screen!
When I uploaded a background image, tumblr gave me an error message / I uploaded a gif but it’s frozen?
the file you uploaded was too large! tumblr only allows certain file sizes, so try resizing the image/gif or decreasing the file size.
I’m having errors with my links / I don’t know how to enter links into the theme?
in many of my themes, you will have “link 1” and “link 1 URL”, “link 2” and “link 2 URL”, etc.
if you want to link to a page, you will type the url of the page in “link # URL” and the title in “link #”. for example, i have an about page with the url tukut.tumblr.com/about. however, i ONLY need to use the “/about” part, since i’m still navigating within my blog. I would enter it in like this:
if you want to link to a tagged page, make sure you enter “/tagged/thing” and NOT “tagged/thing”.
if you want to link to a website outside of your blog, make sure you have “htt p://” or “https://” at the beginning of the link or else it wont work. for example, if i wanted to link to google, i would put “http://www.google.com/” in “link # URL” and “google” in “link #”.
I tried installing infinite scroll to your (mint*/wave) theme but it didn’t work.
these themes don’t work with infinite scroll!
*the mint theme has a separate code with infinite scroll. see here (it only works with single column.)

When I uploaded a sidebar pic to your (wrap/lunar) redux edit, it ended up being way too big and/or misplaced?
the sidebar pictures in these themes are meant to float outside their sidebars. they will not constrain to the size of your sidebar. this means that whatever size the actual image is, the image will display that size.
if your image is too big, re-size it in a picture editor or use a smaller image.
to re-position the image, scroll down in the customize page (NOT THE HTML) and you will see lines where you can enter in text to change the position of the image. enter in different numbers to change the vertical and horizontal position. you can use negative numbers (like -350 or -30, for example) to move them in opposite directions.
