We used to have a mailing list provided by MailChimp. This data has all been removed and no longer exists. People provided personal data to MailChimp when they voluntarily signed up to our email list through the ‘Receive updates about #TacticalVote’ form on this website. This personal data consisted of: email address, constituency.

The data collected was used for the purpose of informing people by email about our campaign.

The lawful basis on which we collected email data under GDPR was for the legitimate interest of direct marketing. The term ‘direct marketing’ is a term that includes politically related email campaigns. People could opt out or unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of the email.

We did not store this personal information ourselves.

Information that we collect through donations.

We have previously used Crowdfunder. Crowdfunder allowed us to view some of the data you provided to them when donating to our cause. We have access to the data you chose to provide such as email address, name, amount donated, address and date of donation. We do not use or store this information ourselves. We do not share it with anyone else.

When you provide your device’s location to determine your constituency we do not log or store your location data.
