What is the compression rating of SuperHold™ leggings?

Our SuperHold™ leggings have been tested at 8-15 mmHg. The amount of compression will vary based on your body measurements. Our SuperHold™ compression collection offers a nice amount of support while still being breathable and comfortable for all day wear. 

Do you offer medical grade compression?

We do not offer medical grade compression. To qualify as medical grade compression, products need to test above 20mmHg. Our leggings tested between 8-15mmHg. Your results will vary depending on the measurements of your body.

Unfortunately, most medical compression garments are not available in extended sizes. If you are looking for moderate support you can wear every day for a bit of relief, our SuperHold™ compression garments have proved to be very helpful for many people just like you.

How do I find my size?

Use our size calculator to find the best size for you. We offer free returns and exchanges with Redo ($1.98 option in your cart) so you can try on more than one size in the comfort of your own home.

Will your leggings fit my leg or calf?

Our ankle leggings will offer the highest level of compression all the way down the leg. It is also the most tapered style. Our 7/8 legging has a slightly wider leg opening and works well for folks with larger calf measurements. You can also try our straight leg legging or flare legging for the most room around the lower leg.

Lymphedema and lipedema Compression Leggings

Lymphedema and lipedema (also known as lipoedema) are two distinct medical disorders that involve the swelling of arms and legs. Wearing compression garments is an important part of treatment for these conditions. Unfortunately, medical grade compression garments are not generally available in extended sizes. This causes many people to go searching for compression garments on their own. 

In this way, many people have found their way to Superfit Hero and our SuperHold™ compression collection. We have heard from so many customers, and even a few medical providers, that our compression leggings are helpful for them. While our leggings were not specifically designed for this purpose, we were so happy to hear that they were helpful. As the news of our compression leggings began to spread to other folks with these conditions, many people were asking us,

"What is the compression level of your leggings?"

So we began the search for a testing facility that could help us answer this question.

It's worth noting that we couldn't find a testing facility that could measure above a size 3X. We tested three sizes of our leggings and received results between 8-15mmHg. This is not medical grade compression (20mmHg+) but if you are looking for a moderate amount of support for all day relief, our SuperHold™ compression garments have proved to be very helpful for many people just like you.
