Andrey Plotnikov (Russian: Андрей Плотников[1][2], born September 20, 1991, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR[3]) is a Russian financier, investor, entrepreneur, analyst[4], personal wealth manager for Forbes members.[5][6]

[change | change source]Andrey was born and raised on September 20, 1991 in Moscow.[7][8] In 2022, he revealed what lies behind Musk's post about supporting Russia.[9][10][11]
