Recent events

• Changes made by an IP made the intro more complex than that in English wiki. I have use the English wiki intro as a source of a more suitable introduction: they have put a lot of work into it. And I have protected the page for a while because it has suffered from extensive and undiscussed editing which left it that state. I will add some more references soon, including some introduced by the editor, whose efforts were intended as constructive.

• A reminder, then, that extensive changes should be discussed here first, and that we cannot get into a position where our pages are more difficult to read than English wikipedia. Macdonald-ross (talk) 11:56, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
