Henry Butler

Henry Butler (September 21, 1949 – July 2, 2018) was an American jazz pianist. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.[1] Butler recorded for several record labels, including Impulse, Windham Hill, and Basin Street Records. Butler was blinded by glaucoma in infancy.[2]

Butler died of end-stage colorectal cancer in New York City on July 2, 2018 at the age of 68.[3]
