IMP dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.205, inozin-5'-fosfat dehidrogenaza, inozinska kiselina dehidrogenaza, inozinat dehidrogenaza, inozin 5'-monofosfat dehidrogenaza, inozin monofosfat dehidrogenaza, IMP oksidoreduktaza, inozin monofosfat oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom IMP:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- IMP + NAD+ +H2O XMP + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim deluje na hidroksi grupu hidratisanog derivata supstrata.
