June Mathis
June Mathis (30. jun 1889 – 26. jul 1927) bila je američka filmska scenaristica i producentica, poznata kao prva žena koja je vodila hollywoodski filmski studio, odnosno jedan od najbolje plaćenih hollywoodskih direktora 1920-ih.[1] Mathis je došla na čelo studija Metro/MGM u dobi 35 godina, te se uz Mary Pickford i Normu Talmadge smatrala najmoćnijom ženom Hollywooda.[2] Danas se najviše pamti po tome što je otkrila Rudolpha Valentina i napisala scenario za njegove filmove The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse i Blood and Sand.
