Pipedrive is a sales and CRM platform that helps sales teams manage their sales pipelines more efficiently. This software was designed by salespeople, so users can be sure it has all the features they need for nurturing leads, spotting opportunities and closing deals.

The platform comes with features for creating customizable visual pipelines, so teams can see their entire pipeline at a glance. Leads can be easily segmented and categorized into lists for easier follow-ups. Activity reminders also ensure agents stay on top of deals and activities. To further boost productivity, Pipedrive enables workflow automation and allows users to automate administrative tasks. Users can also create custom workflows and add custom trigger events. Pipedrive’s add-ons include LeadBooster, designed to make sales teams’ work even easier. LeadBooster comes with various tools like Chatbot, Live Chat, and Prospector, to help agents interact with customers, identify leads and move them along the sales funnel. Chatbots can be set up to automatically engage website visitors, while agents can pick up the conversation at any time via Live Chat. Meanwhile, Prospector helps sales teams automatically identify high-potential leads based on filters like job title and location.

LeadBooster also makes it easier for agents to organize leads. Intuitive, shareable web forms make it easier for inbound leads to share their contact information. Users can also apply “hot,” “warm,” and “cold” labels to each lead through via the Leads Inbox. This way, agents know which steps to take next for nurturing leads.

The Products feature automatically calculates a deal’s value. Users can add products or services and price details to their Pipedrive app. Once products are added to the app they can be linked to deals. The deal value is automatically updated when products are added to deals.

Pipedrive also makes it easier for users to manage proposals and quotes through the Smart Docs feature. This feature allows users to create proposals and quotes that are automatically populated with relevant contact and product details. These documents are also generated with a trackable link, and users get a notification when prospects open or download documents.

For added convenience, sales people can create shareable Smart Docs templates for documents, spreadsheets and presentations. The built-in eSignatures functionality also allows agents to request digital signatures from customers.

To make it easier for agents to contact leads and customers, Pipedrive also includes a Caller feature. This feature lets agents call customers directly from the Pipedrive web app. Calls are automatically logged as activities for accurate tracking. A notes panel appears in the app once a call is connected so agents can easily make notes if needed. Salespeople can also choose from a list of outcomes once a call ends.

In addition, Pipedrive has a built-in Scheduler tool. This tool makes it easier for users to stay in touch with clients. With Scheduler, salespeople can select specific time slots for one-off meetings with customers. Customers can then select the time slot that best works with their schedule. PROS: This software is really interactive. It's intuitive and helps me run the sales and campaigns conveniently. Why I like it most is the fact that it saves me a lot of time. I can add, move and report deals in quick time. The drag and drop functions make it more enjoyable as well. I previously used Salesforce but I must say that the functionality options as well as the price are much better in Pipedrive.

CONS: There should be a field that defines a deal accurately. At the moment, this option is not present. For my business, recurring revenues are really important. At the moment, I have to manually translate different pipeline numbers to get the results I need.

The pipedrive team has been sloppy to resolve this, their responses are very slow. Don't choose for pipedrive, if you plan to have reliable support on third-party apps.

PROS: It is easy to follow up on your leads. Once you generate leads, you can manage them from the time they visit your site to when they make an order. It helps you to answer their questions and queries with ease. This is because all the conversations and queries a lead raises are stored in a thread where you will be able to view the entire conversation without much hustle. Pipedrive gives you a visible way through which you can follow up on your leads. It is mobile compatible where the admin or the sales team leader can keep track of the movement of the leads using their mobile phone.

CONS: There are no major things to point out that I did not like about this product. It is all good but some of the features or functionalities will need fine tuning. For example, when it comes to scheduling of activities, Pipedrive has it at 15 minutes minimum. This seems to me like a lot of time for a single activity. If you had multiple activities to schedule, it would take you a lot of unnecessary time which is not convenient. If it was possible, they can lower this timeframe to help users with accurate calendar pull it off with ease.

PROS: It has everything you may need to improve your sales. It offers a reliable platform on which you can manage sales pipeline without much hustle. I like the view that this tool comes with as I can check which leads to go with and what to do on my next move. Also, the activities feature equips me with enough knowledge to see who recently bought at my store or visited my site. With that kind of information, I will be able to know which lead I have to follow up so that I can convert them into buying customers. Due to this, I am able to manage lead and clients in the best way possible while I take care of conversion for improved sales. It also helps me with planning.

CONS: It is an all-round reliable tool for your leads and client management. If you want to improve the buying behavior of your existing customers and invite more to be buying customers, then this tool does the magic. However, I have a problem with how it sends a warning signal if a potential lead does not convert within a set timeframe. It turns to red once the time you have set for the customer to make purchase lapses. The red color proves to be annoying on my part. I would appreciate another color or way to inform me that the client did not make purchase within the timeframe I had set earlier.

PROS: I cannot say enough good things about this software. We\'ve been using it for over a year now and it has never failed us. Everything you imagine to do with your CRM tool you can get done with Pipedrive and its integrations. You don\'t need any time at all to get used to it, it\'s very intuitive. The custom fields and details about contacts and deals are endless. You can integrate it with your gmail and it will automatically import all your emails and trigger drafts for every new deal you make. Reminder and deal rotting options are pretty handy. Reporting is also well constructed because you can go in details and export anything you need.

CONS: The only thing that can be a little annoying sometimes that it does log you out if you\'re inactive for sometime during the day but it\'s not too much of a problem.

PROS: I settled for this tool to help me manage my sales effectively. Pipedrive has not disappointed in any way. It helps me to develop better CRM software for my business which is bliss. Since I am all about lead generation and management, I can use this product to give me just that. It focuses in better and modern CRM solutions which have come to bring results in terms of sales. It is easy to use and does not have any redundant functionality to it which is convenient. It has a highly responsive customer support plus easy to collaborate with other team members on the same platform.

CONS: The tool works fine in terms of the features. There is nothing major to point out that I dislike about this product. However, I can suggest a few things that if they were added it will favor me in terms of my needs. There should be more analytics in the system. The developers should include more analytics to help forecast sales and determine how many people are looking at my product or website. Also, the billing functions should improve in the sense that you will be able to analyze and track payments, tariffs, prices and account receivables within your business.

PROS: It is simple all the way. You do not require much training to get the hang of things with this tool. It integrates well with other sales tools to give a seamless solution for your sales problem. This is necessitated by the integration API and in less than 2 weeks you will have integrated the system with another sales system. It is also easy to customize with Pipedrive. This is due to the simple interface this product has which makes things simple your part. I loved how nice it looks and offers great support for my sales needs.

CONS: It does not provide a way to distinguish from an important client to a potential one. There should be a way to highlight different accounts in the pipeline to help the user know which clients to pursue more. Key accounts should feature those clients that are big buyers on your business and other client should be heighted in their level of importance. Also, different users should have different sales pipeline to help evaluate performance of every user in terms of the management of leads and clients in general. This would help improve conversion and thus increase sales revenue as a result.

PROS: It is a great tool to manage your sales. When you compare with other similar tools in the market, Pipedrive is like no other. It is more complete and offers the best user experience for my sales operations. Apart from that, it integrates with multiple applications such as Gmail, Zapier, and Google Agenda among others. This makes it a reliable product that offers more than hat it already has. At first, it was all about, managing leads and I found out that it is easy to set up once I grew my sales team. It is highly customizable where you can create filters and manage leads while you schedule activities for daily or weekly basis depending on your sales needs.

CONS: There is a lot to like about this product. It gives you the ultimate solution to your sales problems. You can manage leads and clients and create multiple pipelines for your sales at the same time, all which is possible with the help of Pipedrive solution. Although it has all of the above, you can get lost in this tool if you are not careful. This is especially the case when you are managing multiple leads. Also, creating filters is not that easy when you are getting started. However, the problem might not be with Pipedrive as you need to understand how the tool works in all the features you are interested in before you decide to use them.

PROS: I heard about it somewhere and started using Pipedrive. I must say it's a really cool software. Easy interface gets you going straight away. Everything is highly visible and I know exactly what areas to work on. Exporting data from CSV is a big plus point for me. It helps me while reporting. Visually the software is quite engaging and I can choose which of the users see which reports. It has been a lot of fun using this software.

CONS: Customization options in the reports will be a great addition. At the moment, there are some problems while reporting. I would also like to see Pipedrive having CSV integrations so that we don’t have to export and imports all the time.

PROS: The reason why I like Pipedrive so much is that it has incredibly reduced my workload and complications I faced with daily tasks. I am most concerned about closing deals after sales. I don't worry much about calendars and projects so I can safely say that my problems are being dealt with efficiently so far. The app is quite intuitive as well and highly interactive.

CONS: Initially, Pipe can be a great instrument to have but i would like to see more functionalities. I think the laterstages of the pipe can be improved. For instance, there can be a forecast tool. PROS: Previously I used Saleforce and some other CRMs. I have found Pipedrive the easiest among them all. It's simple and has everything I need. I like the fact that it's very easy to navigate and generate reports. Team management has also become more convenient. Drag and drop options are just great. I was the first to use Pipedrive and since then my boss has switched all his three companies to this software. That's how good it is.

CONS: The only problem I feel is bulk editing. I think Pipedrive can come up with a better solution for it. Average sales length is something that I would want to see. I am sure it will be there in the future pretty soon.

PROS: After a long consultation and review of similar tools that offer CRM solutions for businesses and organization, we found Pipedrive to play well with us. It is not easy to find a tool that incorporates your organization needs in full and still offers the ultimate simplicity in terms of use. Pipedrive has hit that mark with us and we are happy to have found each other. It is already customized according to our need and offers attractive features to give us a boot in terms of needs. The balance, of the functionalities it has, gives us that edge to make the best use of it. It is highly scalable and has managed to help us expand as an NGO without much hustle. It integrates well with Slack and Google Applications which helps improve our workflow.

CONS: There are only minor issues that this tool has. In terms of functionality, I did not find anything worth mentioning, that I did not like. However, for the appearance, it is not that attractive. When you compare with other similar tools in the market, Pipedrive ranks the lowest in terms of appearance. If it were possible, they could make the tool to look more presentable in a professional matter. Although this is a none-issue, I would love to see that in a tool that offers so much in terms of CRM solutions. It also does not have the desktop application, on top of the mobile app, and I would like to see that too.

PROS: Pipedrive is a really easy to use platform and it is simple to teach your salesmen in addition to others. The combinations of a lot of various programs shows to be a fantastic organisation tool.

CONS: After you find out the software application or of a basic concept of how it works, it\\\\\\\'s extremely easy to utilize and is an excellent tool for your group.

PROS: As a beginner, i found Pipedrive quite easy to use. It relieved me of using those yellow sticky notes to keep my contacts organised. It's fast and simple and quite affordable too. It was easy to set up and astonishingly, we were able to outgrow our company capabilities in the trial period only.

CONS: It's not particularly a great tool for businesses from the management point of view. It doesnt focus greatly on management aspects of an organization. It's good for a team that doenst need reminders and restrictions all the time. If you're thinking of having the control of operations at our end while your reps don't have the complete access, this software might not be for you then. This is one reason that the support staff will guide you correctly and they don't really make too many changes in the software.

PROS: This app is very easy to use. I like the interface on both the app as well as the website. It can adapt to variations so i can manage different pipe types all at once. Regularly updatable features ensure that you don't miss out on any updates for your project. The fact that i can make these updates and changes through smartphone has been a huge help.

CONS: I don't find anything seriously wrong with this app. There's nothing too big that makes you avoid this software. I just had issues with social media integrations but that's too significant either.

PROS: It makes managing sales and leads easy. You can set up and manage two sales pipelines simultaneously. This is big if you want to achieve the best results in your business. With the web-based platform the tool offers, you can manage your leads on your PC or opt for the mobile application to do it while on the move. Everything is laid out in the open for you to excel using Pipedrive. It offers an attractive view which equips you to know how your leads and sales are progressing on a daily or weekly basis. You can update your projects on the move with the mobile application which keeps your operations in order. Since it supports multiple pipelines, you can attract a new crop of potential clients.

CONS: Everything seems to be fine with this product. When it comes to giving you value for your money, you can expect that from Pipedrive. It gives you a lifeline when it comes to managing sales and leads altogether. You can know what strategy to apply in order to convert your leads. It gives you a flexible platform that is both web-based and mobile based so that you can manage your projects even when you are not in the office. The only thing I can think of that is a drawback with this tool is the fact that it is not integrated with social media platform.

PROS: It's easier to manage deals and business clients with Pipedrive. The features are great especially in the online software. Importing all our clients and contacts to Pipedrive was simple. We can create deals and activities with our clients which I think is a big plus. It's great to have the activities option becuase it organises and keeps everything in control. Easy reporting and analytics make things much more transparent. I like the Google Apps integration and we can manage calendars and sync them with Pipedrive. Importing google docs is also a highly useful feature.

CONS: I can't think of any drwabacks but of course, there can be improvements. I would want to see more features added. The only drawback I can think of is that it doesn't have social media integrations such as Twitter, Facebook etc.

PROS: A friend recommended me to use Pipedrive. After having watched a few training videos, I started using the software. I must say it was a great advice. The drag and drop features, and under deal stages impressed me the most. It's pretty much like Trello which is a project management tool. I hope I can close more deals with Pipedrive because of cloud storage options, too.

CONS: I am still young at using Pipedrive and so far, there is nothing that has troubled me. I will reach out to the support team if anything comes up.

PROS: This software is a great tool for most businesses. Particularly if you don't get too much time, Pipedrive will be a great app for you because it has simple and fast interface with almost all the features you would like to have.

CONS: I think there can be improvment made in the reporting tool. The representation can be better i.e. graphs can be added. If we could create multiple leads at once, it would be a great thing too.

PROS: It does not have a steep learning curve. The interface is simple which allows you to get started with this product after a short period. When it comes to its features, you do not have a lot to deal with. This gives you the edge to learn fast on how to use this product since it is simple. It is flexible based on how you can use it. You can either use your desktop to get started or even access it using the mobile application on your smartphone. Apart from the simple features, it integrates well with other applications. For example, it integrates with PandaDocs which you can use hand in hand with it to create proposals, orders forms and estimates among others.

CONS: It has its drawbacks which can be annoying at times. Whenever you want to create a new field, this product allows it. However, you will not be able to report on this new field or search it on the system. The reports that you generate will come out but the field you created will be missing from that report. This makes it unnecessary for one to customize the fields in the system. It would be better if the fields you customize could be incorporated into the system such that they are searchable and show up on the reports you generate. Otherwise, the customization functionality is no good. Also, the import and export functions have grave issues as some information is omitted once you expert or import documents such as the product list.

PROS: This software is really interactive. It's intuitive and helps me run the sales and campaigns conveniently. Why I like it most is the fact that it saves me a lot of time. I can add, move and report deals in quick time. The drag and drop functions make it more enjoyable as well. I previously used Salesforce but I must say that the functionality options as well as the price are much better in Pipedrive.

CONS: There should be a field that defines a deal accurately. At the moment, this option is not present. For my business, recurring revenues are really important. At the moment, I have to manually translate different pipeline numbers to get the results I need.
