Claims (4)

상기 가이드튜브의 선단부에 결합하고, 어깨 관절의 내부 또는 외부의 좁아진 틈새공간에 삽입된 상태로, 가압유체통로를 통해 압입된 가압유체의 작용을 받아 팽창하여 상기 틈새공간을 확장하고, 확장된 내부공간에, 약액공급로를 통해 주입된 약액을 분출하는 벌룬본체와;
상기 가이드튜브의 후단부에 연결되며, 외부로부터 압입되는 약액과 가압유체를, 상기 약액공급로와 가압유체공급로로 각각 유도하는 주입어뎁터를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 벌룬본체는, 상기 가이드튜브를 내부로 통과시키며, 가압유체통로를 통해 공급되는 가압유체를 받아들여 팽창하는 인너벌룬과, 상기 인너벌룬을 감싸고 인너벌룬과의 사이에 약액공간을 제공하며, 상기 약액공급로를 통해 약액공간으로 유입한 약액을 주변으로 분출하는 약액배출구멍을 갖는 다공커버를 포함하고,
상기 가이드튜브에는, 상기 가압유체공급로를 인너벌룬의 내부공간으로 개방하는 가압유체구멍과, 약액공급로를 약액공간으로 개방하는 약액구멍이 형성되며,
상기 인너벌룬은, 상기 약액공간을 향해 상기 가이드튜브를 통과시키는 튜브관통구멍을 구비하고, 상기 가압유체를 받아들이는 팽창공간부를 향하는 상기 튜브관통구멍의 측부에 배치되며 상기 통과되는 가이드튜브의 외주면을 감싸는 형태로 이루어지면서 그 팽창공간부의 내부 압력 상승 시 상기 가이드튜브의 외주면을 죄는 압박슬리브를 구비하는,
