Claims (8)
- 熱処理によって、主結晶としてMgO系結晶を析出する結晶性ガラス組成物であって、ガラス組成としてモル%で、SiO2 30〜50%、MgO 10〜45%、BaO 5〜40%、B2O3 0〜15%、La2O3+Nb2O5+Y2O3+Ta2O5+Yb2O3 0.1〜30%、CaO 0〜20%、SrO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜15%、Al 2 O 3 0〜6%、ZrO 2 0〜3%およびSnO 2 0〜3%を含有することを特徴とする結晶性ガラス組成物。
- La2O3を0.1〜30%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 組成としてモル%で、R2O(RはLi、NaまたはKを示す)が5%以下、かつ、P2O5が5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- MgO系結晶が、2MgO・SiO2、BaO・2MgO・2SiO2または2MgO・B2O3であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 30〜700℃における熱膨張係数が95×10−7/℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 粉末状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性ガラス組成物を用いたことを特徴とする接着材料。
- 燃料電池の構成部材の接着に使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接着材料。
