Claims (11)
- シリンジ本体(3)と該シリンジ本体(3)の遠位端(4)に配置された穿孔手段(5)とを有するシリンジ(2)のための、刺し傷を回避する安全デバイス(1)であって、軸線方向(X)に沿って延在し、該穿孔手段(5)および該シリンジ本体(3)を少なくとも部分的に包囲するスリーブ要素(6)と、少なくとも一部が該スリーブ要素(6)の内部に配置され、該穿孔手段(5)を包囲する内側要素(7)とを備える、安全デバイス(1)であって、
該内側要素(7)が、カラー部分(8)と、該穿孔手段(5)を包囲する穿孔手段保護部分(9)とを備え、該カラー部分(8)が、円周方向(U)で回転することができるように該シリンジ本体(3)の遠位端領域(10)に配置可能であると共に、該安全デバイス(1)を該シリンジ本体(3)に締結し、所定の破壊点(11)が該カラー部分(8)と該穿孔手段保護部分(9)との間に配置されることによって、該シリンジ(2)が使用される前に該穿孔手段保護部分(9)を該カラー部分(8)から分離可能であることを特徴とする、安全デバイス(1)。 - 前記所定の破壊点(11)が、前記カラー部分(8)の遠位端面(12)と前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)の近位端(13)との間に配置され、該所定の破壊点(11)が、材料のテーパーおよび/またはミシン目および/または切欠きおよび/または材料の切れ目であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記カラー部分(8)が、前記スリーブ要素(6)の少なくとも1つのガイド・スロット(15)に係合する少なくとも1つのガイド突起(14)を有し、前記シリンジ本体(3)が前記スリーブ要素(6)に対して動くと、該ガイド突起(14)が、前記スリーブ要素(6)の該少なくとも1つのガイド・スロット(15)内で前記軸線方向(X)で実質的にガイドされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)が近位端領域(16)にキャビティ(17)を有し、前記シリンジ本体(3)の前記穿孔手段(5)、および前記遠位端領域(10)の一部が該キャビティ(17)内で配置可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 弾性材料で作られた内側部分が、前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)の前記キャビティ(17)内に配置され、該弾性材料がゴムまたは合成エラストマーであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記カラー部分(8)が実質的に中空の円形シリンダ(18)として形成され、該円形シリンダ(18)が、少なくとも1つのガイド突起(14)が上に配置される横表面(18a)を有し、前記カラー部分(8)の外径(19)が前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)の外径(20)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記カラー部分(8)が遠位領域(21)と近位領域(22)とを備え、該遠位領域(21)において、前記カラー部分(8)の壁が、前記軸線方向(X)で延在する少なくとも2つのスリット(23)を有し、該近位領域(22)が内側のテーパー(24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記安全デバイス(1)が、前記シリンジ本体(3)に動作可能に接続され、前記スリーブ要素(6)に対する前記シリンジ本体(3)の動きに対抗する、少なくとも1つのばね要素(25)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記カラー部分(8)および前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)が異なる材料で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記穿孔手段保護部分(9)が熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)で作られ、前記カラー部分がポリオキシメチレン(POM)で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)を装着し、該安全デバイス(1)をシリンジ本体(3)上に配置する方法であって、
a)前記ばね要素(25)を前記スリーブ要素(6)の内部に前記軸線方向(X)で挿入する方法ステップと、
b)前記ばね要素(25)が前記内側要素(7)の前記カラー部分(8)と前記スリーブ要素(6)との間に配置されるようにして、前記内側要素(7)を前記スリーブ要素(6)の内部に前記軸線方向(X)で挿入する方法ステップと、
c)前記内側要素(7)の前記カラー部分(8)を前記シリンジ本体(3)の前記遠位端領域(10)に取り付ける方法ステップとを使用し、
装着プロセス中に前記内側要素(7)が少なくとも部分的に変形可能になるように加熱される、方法。
