Abstract
Description
本出願は、2009年7月14日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/225417号の利益を主張している。
(1)メルトフローレート(MFR): ASTM D 1238−04、手順B、条件230℃/2.16kg、
(2)ノッチ付きアイゾット衝撃強さ: 23℃でASTM D 638 I型試験片を使用する、ASTM D 256A、および
(3)曲げ弾性率: 試験速度1.3mm/分でASTM D 638 I型試験片を使用する、ASTM D 790A、方法Iに準拠して測定する1%セカント曲げ弾性率。
(4)試験片: ASTM D4101準拠の射出成形。
Et=Ec*Fc/100
Et、EcおよびFcの各相当値は、ゴム率の量とエチレン総含量とを組み合わせることによって得ることができる。当技術分野で周知であるとおり、ゴムの量は、反応器の質量平衡から、または周知の分析法を用いた第1および第2反応器生成物由来のチタンもしくはマグネシウム各残渣の測定から得ることができる。耐衝撃性コポリマーのエチレン総含量は、以下のものを含む種々の方法によって測定することができる。

Et=Ec*Fc/100

Claims (10)
- (a)プロピレン系ポリマーを含む連続相、および
(b)プロピレン/エチレンコポリマーを含む不連続ゴム相
を含む耐衝撃性コポリマーであって、
少なくとも35のFc、少なくとも38のEc、少なくとも50g/10分のメルトフローレートおよび少なくとも615J/m(11.5ft−lb/in)の23℃でのノッチ付きアイゾット衝撃強さを有する耐衝撃性コポリマー。 - 無核である、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性コポリマー。
- 造核剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性コポリマー。
- 造核剤が有機リン造核剤である、請求項6に記載の耐衝撃性コポリマー。
- 少なくとも758MPaの曲げ弾性率を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の耐衝撃性コポリマー。
- 直鎖状過酸化物をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の耐衝撃性コポリマー。
- 耐衝撃性コポリマーを作製する方法であって、耐衝撃性ポリプロピレンコポリマーを少なくとも210℃の温度でビスブレーキング剤とコンパウンディングして、ビスブレーキング比が少なくとも5のビスブレーキングした耐衝撃性ポリプロピレンコポリマーを得るステップを含む方法。
- ビスブレーキングした耐衝撃性ポリプロピレンコポリマーが少なくとも10のビスブレーキング比を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ビスブレーキングした耐衝撃性ポリプロピレンコポリマーが造核剤なしで作製される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ビスブレーキング剤が直鎖状過酸化物である、請求項7から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
