[Also in Division H2] A fastener made of resilient synthetic plastics for attaching an elongated member or members such as cable 26 to an apertured support panel 25 comprises a hollow stud 11 on a base portion 12 from one end of which extends a flexible arm 16 having a hook 23 which engages a notch in a lug 15 on the other end of the base. The flexible arm 16 which is narrower than the hose has a weak portion 21 and a strengthening rib 24 provided on portion 20 and the free end 22 of the arm 16 to increase rigidity.
