Plug-in contact (1) for making electrical contact with a circuit board (2) by means of plugging the plug-in contact (1) into a contact hole (3) of the circuit board (2), with two contact legs (4, 5) which are resilient relative to one another, one terminal region (6) and one connecting region (7) which connects the two contact legs (4, 5) to one another and to the terminal region (6), the plug-in contact (1) being punched out of a metallic flat material in one piece,
    characterized in
    that the two contact legs (4, 5) each have a first region (4a, 5a) and a second region (4b, 5b) which are arranged at an angle α to one another so that the two contact legs (4, 5) are bent approximately in an L-shape,
    wherein the two first regions (4a, 5a) adjoining the connecting region (7) and the ends of the two second regions (4b, 5b) form the free ends (4c, 5c) of the contact legs (4, 5),
    wherein the first region (4a, 5a) of the contact legs (4, 5) run approximately parallel to the plane of the circuit board, while the second region (4b, 5b) of the contact legs (4, 5) with the free ends (4c, 5c) run essentially perpendicular to the plane of the circuit board.
  2. Plug-in contact (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the terminal region (6) and the second regions (4b, 5b) of the two contact legs (4, 5) run essentially parallel to one another.
  3. Plug-in contact (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the two contact legs (4, 5) have different lengths, wherein a guide section (8) is formed on the free end (4c) of the longer contact leg (4) arranged in the plug-in direction (E) of the plug-in contact (1) upstream of the free end (5c) of the shorter contact leg (5).
  4. Plug-in contact (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the two contact legs (4, 5) have an outside contour which is rounded in cross section at least in their contact-making region (4d, 5d) which makes contact with the contact hole (3) in the plugged-in state.
  5. Plug-in contact (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the two contact legs (4, 5) have a rippled outside contour which extends in the longitudinal direction.
  6. Electrical terminal (10) with a housing (11), with a spring clip (12) and with a busbar piece, wherein the spring clip (12) has a clamping leg (13) and a contact leg (14) and the clamping leg (13) with the busbar piece form a spring force clamp terminal for an electrical conductor which is to be connected, and wherein a conductor insertion opening (15) for inserting the electrical conductor to be connected and an actuation opening (16) for opening the spring force clamp terminal are formed in the housing (11),
    characterized in
    that a plug-in contact (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5 is arranged in the housing (11) such that the busbar piece is formed by the terminal region (6) of the plug-in contact (1) and the contact legs (4, 5) with their second regions (4b, 5b) protrude from the bottom (17) of the housing (11) facing the circuit board (2).
  7. Electrical terminal according to claim 6, characterized in that several grooves (18) or notches are formed on the side of the connecting region (6) of the plug-in contact (1) facing the clamping leg (13).
  8. Electrical terminal according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that several adjusting elements (19) for plugging into corresponding recesses in a circuit board (2) are formed on the bottom (17) of the housing (11).
  9. Electrical terminal according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that several locking elements (20) for plugging into corresponding recesses in a circuit board (2)are formed on the bottom (17) of the housing (11).
  10. Electrical terminal according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that an actuating pusher (23) is arranged in the actuation opening (16) such that it can be moved from a first position in which the spring force clamp terminal is closed into a second position in which the actuating pusher (23) deflects the clamping leg (13) against the spring force of the spring clip (12) with its end facing the clamping leg (13) so that the spring force clamp terminal is opened.
