Claims (17)

1. Closure device for containers (1;1,17) in which a cap (4;22) is positioned on an end of the container forming a neck (2;18), said cap comprising a part for encasing the container and a part comprising opening and closing means, a membrane (3;21) being sealed to the part forming the neck (2;18) of the container (1), a perforator member (10;24) being placed adjacent the membrane (3;21) and carried by a wall (8;23) of the cap (4;22), said wall (8;23) having at least one hole (9), and the perforator member (10;24) being provided for folding back this membrane towards the wall of the neck (2;18), control means (5,6;19,27) making that the perforator member (10;25,26) can occupy a first position for which it cannot act on the membrane (3;21) and at least a second position in which said membrane is broken, characterized in that the perforator member has a helical path in the transverse direction with a starting point of perforation towards the center, the path of the perforator blade being outwardly directed, said control means (5,6;19,27) making that, in said second position, the membrane (3;21) is folded back against the wall of the neck (2;18) by making an internal sleeve freeing the communication between the container and inside of the cap.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the perforator member (10) is made of an S-shaped blade having a point member (11) and slanting edges (12,13).
3. Device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the perforator member (10) is made of a helical-shaped blade (16).
4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the perforation member (10) is connected to the inner walls of the cap and has a width 1 at most equal to the inner width of the neck (2) of the container (1).
5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the perforator member (10) is carried by the cap and in that the cap is connected to the container (1), preferably at its portion (2) forming the neck, by connecting means (5) of the type of screw thread, cooperative bars and the like, and by a removable band (6) abutting against the container and determining the first position for the cap (4).
6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the removable band (6) which determines the first position for the cap with respect to the container is made of a pilfer-proof ring.
7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the membrane (3) is sealed on the container which contains a product of any type.
8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises a ring (22) forming said cap and partially screwed onto the neck (2) of the container (1) and on a base (18) forming the neck for an extra container (17) containing a product different from that contained in the container (1), said control means comprising at least one removable immobilization member (27) provided for securing the ring (22) against motion prior to use of the products contained in the container (1) and extra container (17).
9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the base of the extra container (17) is closed by a membrane (21) and communicates with inside of the extra container (17), the perforator member (24) having two cutting blades (25,26) provided for cutting simultaneously the membranes (3) of the container (1) and (21) of the extra container (17).
10. Device according to one of claims 8 or 9, characterized in that the perforator (24) is connected to the ring (22) via a web (23) supporting the perforator (24) which is hollow.
11. Device according to one of claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the web (23) connecting the perforator to the ring (22) carries a sleeve (28), the ends of which are engaged within annular grooves (29 and 30) respectively formed in the base (18) of the extra container (17) and in the neck (2) of the container (1).
12. Device according to one of claims 8 to 11, characterized in that the immobilization member (27) for the ring (22) is made of a rider member forming a distance piece between the container (1) and the extra container (17).
13. Device according to one of claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the immobilization member (27) comprises thicker portions (27a,27b) interposed between the ends of the ring (22) and the container (1) and the extra container (17).
14. Device according to one of claims 8 to 13, characterized in that the immobilization member (27) is constituted by two collars which can be broken and which are inserted between the ring (22), on the one hand, and the container (1) and the extra container (17), on the other hand.
15. Device according to one of claims 8 to 14, characterized in that the sleeve (28) is connected in a tight manner to the neck (2) of the container (1) and to the base (18) of the extra container (17).
16. Device according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the extra container (17) is provided with a neck (32) and with a closure device (33).
17. Device according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the cutting parts of the perforator member (10 ; 24) are serrated.
