Sollten sich die Perforationen 15 der Drains 11 und 13 in Richtung deren distalen Enden über die Zuflußöffnung 17 bzw. die Abflußöffnung 19 des Führungsröhrchens 9 hinaus erstrecken, so muß im Wundbereich 7 jeweils ein Teil der Perforation 15 weggeschnitten werden. Der Innendurchmesser des Führungsröhrchens 9 entspricht etwa dem Außendurchmesser der Zufluß- bzw. Abflußdrains 11 und 13, so daß diese rutschsicher und dicht im Führungsröhrchen 9 liegen. In einer weiteren Ausbildungsform können die entfernt liegenden Enden des Führungsröhrchens 9 jeweils ein Stopfenteil 21 aufweisen, das einen geringfügig kleineren Innendurchmesser als der kleinste Außendurchmesser des einzuführenden Drains 11 bzw. 13 aufweist. Da dieses Stopfenteil 21 aus einem hochelastischen Werkstoff besteht, paßt sich der Innendurchmesser dem jeweils einzuführenden Draindurchmesser an, so daß Drains unterschiedlicher Stärke eingeführt werden können.
