Abstract
Description
Die Reinraumtechnik gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Hier nur ei nige Beispiele: Elektronik-Industrie, pharmazeutische Industrie, Lebensmittel-Industrie, also überall dort, wo Stäubchen und Mikro organismen größere Schäden verursachen können.Clean room technology is becoming increasingly important. Here only egg Some examples: electronics industry, pharmaceutical industry, Food industry, wherever there is dust and micro organisms can cause greater damage.
The filtration of the air and that of the turbulence-free air flow are largely solved today, so that the main particle source is the people working in the room. The particles are essentially particles adhering to the clothes as well as the particles produced by the wearer himself (mainly skin flakes and bacteria). The requirements are constantly increasing. While some time ago class 1000 (max. 40,000 particles <0.5 µm / m 3 ) was common, today class 100 (10 × fewer particles) is standard and one speaks of classes 10, 1 and so on even 0.1! Since a clean room suit has to be practically hermetically sealed, it is important to ensure sufficient breathability, where breathability primarily means the removal of moisture produced by the body. While class 1000 can now be achieved with suits made of porous materials, e.g. sealed PE fleece, low classes can hardly be achieved with porous materials or not at all.
Today there are compact, water vapor permeable films that the Discharge moisture through a migration mechanism. Here form hydrophilic "packages" polymerized into the material Bases for the water molecules, which then go from base to Base, with the direction through the concentration or temperature gradient is determined. Suits made of such materia Lien are naturally expensive and therefore unsuitable for disposable suits net.
In order to be used for reusable suits, However, the material must be washable and sterilizable. The classic water vapor permeable compact films on Acrylatba sis, polyester base and polyurethane base swell in the presence of Water very strong (approx. 50%!), Which is necessarily disadvantageous optical changes, but above all to detach from the carrier leads when washing or sterilizing. For the intended This is why water-permeable, swelling materials are used not suitable.
It has now surprisingly been found that the after Prin described in DE P 39 17 336.4 and DE P 39 27 185.4 zipien manufactured, not or hardly swelling polyurethanes for the production of washable and sterilizable pure spacesuits are suitable, both a dry lamination process (e.g. DE P 38 15 720.9) as well as the classic reverse coating tion can be applied.
A line of 20 g (dry) / m 2 based on Impraperm CA 43 174 was first applied to a reversal paper and dried. A coat of 20 g (dry) / m 2 based on Impraperm CA 43/176 was then applied to this film and a 70 g / m 2 PES knitted fabric was laminated on wet. The result was a material that could handle countless washes and sterilization cycles without significant aging. The material was weldable, which made it easier to assemble the suits, and had sufficient water vapor permeability (<1000 g / m 2 × 24 h at 25 ° C, Δ RF 65%).
Suits made from it were in a large electronics sub take tested and found very good.
