Abstract
Eine Abfüllanlage (10) zum Befüllen von pharmazeutischen Behältnissen wie Ampullen, Vials (1) o. ä. weist eine Fördereinrichtung (15) für die Behältnisse sowie einen Abfüllkopf (11) auf. Der Abfüllkopf (11) hat an einem Träger (13) Füllnadeln (12), welche auf- und abbeweglich sowie bei einer kontinuierlich arbeitenden Fördereinrichtung (15) auch in Förderrichtung der Vials (1) beweglich sind. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, die Füllnadeln (12) zusätzlich horizontal senkrecht zur Förderrichtung der Vials (1) beweglich auszubilden, so dass diese während der Transportphasen der Vials (1), bei denen keine Befüllung der Vials (1) erfolgt, außerhalb des Überdeckungsbereichs mit den Vials (1) sind. Ein derartiges Verfahren ist aus der
Um zu vermeiden, dass Bakterien, Keime o. ä. beim Abfüllen bzw. Dosieren von Pharmazeutika mit in die Behältnisse gelangen ist es bekannt, die vorher sterilisierten Behältnisse während des Füll- sowie ggf. anschließend während des Verschließvorgangs mittels keimfreier Luft zu umströmen. Diese, als sog. „Laminar-Flow”-Strömung bezeichnete Strömung umströmt dabei die Behältnisse von oben nach unten, d. h. aus Richtung der Kopfbereiche der Behältnissse. Dazu sind Vorrichtungen üblich, die die Luft unterhalb der Behältnisse absaugen und anschließend über einen (Reinluft-)Filter leiten. Die so gefilterte Luft wird anschließend über ein Gebläse wieder den Behältnissen zugeführt. Da bei den bekannten Abfülleinrichtungen bei getaktetem Transport der Behältnisse die Füllnadeln ortsfest fluchtend oberhalb der Behältnisöffnungen angeordnet sind, ist eine Umströmung der Behältnisse, insbesondere auch während der Förderphasen der Behältnisse, gestört.
