Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are both information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data are required to meet the related regulations.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for generating a power equipment maintenance plan is provided, and this embodiment is exemplified by applying the method to a power equipment maintenance plan system, where it can be understood that the power equipment maintenance plan system is mounted on a server and has corresponding application programs on each terminal, and a user uses the power equipment maintenance plan system through the application programs on each terminal. The server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server for providing cloud computing service; the terminal may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, etc. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
Step S102, determining a plurality of power equipment maintenance projects and a maintenance cycle of each power equipment maintenance project based on the power equipment maintenance criterion information stored in the power equipment maintenance plan generation system.
Wherein, a plurality of system accounts are arranged under the power equipment overhaul plan generation system; each system account corresponds to a user role, such as individual users, team users, department users, etc.
Wherein the power equipment overhaul criterion information stored by the power equipment overhaul plan generating system prescribes compliance criteria for the power equipment overhaul plan generating system to generate the power equipment overhaul plan; based on the electrical equipment overhaul criterion information, the electrical equipment overhaul plan generation system can determine which electrical equipment needs to be overhauled, which projects need to be overhauled for the electrical equipment, and which overhaul period to carry out overhaul.
Wherein, each electric equipment maintenance project corresponds to an electric equipment to be overhauled; further, one electrical device to be serviced may correspond to a plurality of electrical device service items, e.g., one or more components to be serviced of one electrical device to be serviced correspond to one electrical device service item.
The power equipment overhaul plan generating system stores power equipment overhaul criterion information which is required to be complied with by power equipment overhaul, and the power equipment overhaul criterion information can be files, rules and the like.
Wherein, the maintenance period is the interval time between two maintenance.
Specifically, the system determines, for each power device in the power system, a plurality of power device service items that need to be performed, and a service period for each power device service item, according to power device service compliance power device service criterion information.
Step S104, determining at least one power equipment maintenance project corresponding to each system account in a plurality of power equipment maintenance projects according to the authority information of each system account under the power equipment maintenance project generation system, generating the power equipment maintenance project of each system account based on the respective maintenance periods of the at least one power equipment maintenance project and the at least one power equipment maintenance project corresponding to each system account, and issuing the power equipment maintenance project of each system account to each system account.
The authority information is used for representing the management authority of the corresponding system account, and the authority information of the system account under the system is determined according to the user role corresponding to the system account; in practical application, the management authority of the system accounts corresponding to the individual users is limited to the system accounts of the individual users, the management authority of the system accounts corresponding to the team users comprises all the system accounts corresponding to the individual users under the corresponding team, and the management authority of the system accounts corresponding to the department users comprises all the system accounts corresponding to the team users and all the system accounts corresponding to the individual users under the corresponding department.
The power equipment overhaul plan of each system account at least comprises overhaul attribute information of at least one corresponding power equipment overhaul project and at least one corresponding power equipment overhaul project of the system account.
Wherein the service attribute information is used to characterize service conditions of the power equipment service project, such as service period, historical service time, predicted service time, service status and compliance criterion information for characterizing whether service is performed before the corresponding predicted service time, etc.
Specifically, the system determines at least one electric equipment maintenance item which a user of the system account should take charge of in a plurality of electric equipment maintenance items according to authority information of the system account, and generates a corresponding electric equipment maintenance schedule based on the at least one electric equipment maintenance item and a maintenance period of the at least one electric equipment maintenance item, wherein the schedule comprises the at least one electric equipment maintenance item and various maintenance attribute information of the at least one electric equipment maintenance item, and the schedule is used for representing the electric equipment maintenance schedule of the system account; the system then issues the power equipment service schedule to the system account, where a user of the system account may view the power equipment service schedule.
The power equipment overhaul schedule is shown in table 1.
Table 1 power equipment service schedule
In practical application, the system generates corresponding power equipment maintenance plans for system accounts with different authority information according to the fact that the corresponding authority information is from small to large; for example, the system first determines and generates a power equipment overhaul project corresponding to the system account of the individual user, and then, for each system account corresponding to the team user, the system generates a power equipment overhaul plan corresponding to the system account of the team user according to the power equipment overhaul plan of each system account corresponding to the individual user under the team corresponding thereto; next, the system generates, for each system account corresponding to the department user, a power equipment service plan corresponding to the system account of the department user from the power equipment service plan corresponding to the system account of the team user under its corresponding department.
Step S106, when the maintenance attribute information of any one of the power equipment maintenance projects in the power equipment maintenance schedule of any one of the system accounts is changed, updating the power equipment maintenance schedule of the system account.
Specifically, after the user of the system account overhauls the power equipment, overhauling attribute information of a corresponding power equipment overhauling project, such as historical overhauling time, can be modified in a power equipment overhauling schedule of the system account; when the system detects that the overhaul attribute information of any one of the power equipment overhaul projects in the power equipment overhaul plan of any one of the system accounts is changed, the power equipment overhaul plan of the system account is updated, for example, the corresponding estimated overhaul time is updated.
In practical application, when updating the power equipment maintenance schedule of the system account, the system only updates the power equipment maintenance project with the corresponding maintenance attribute information changed in the power equipment maintenance schedule.
Further, since there may be an inclusion relationship between the power equipment maintenance plans of the system accounts of different user roles, for example, the power equipment maintenance plan of the system account corresponding to the team user is composed of the power equipment maintenance plans of the system account corresponding to the individual user, when updating the power equipment maintenance plan of a certain system account, the system also adaptively updates other power equipment maintenance plans associated with the power equipment maintenance plan; for example, when updating a power equipment maintenance schedule corresponding to a system account of an individual user, it is also necessary to update a power equipment maintenance schedule corresponding to a system account of a team user to which the individual user belongs and a power equipment maintenance schedule corresponding to a system account of a department user to which the individual user belongs.
In the above power equipment overhaul plan generation method, the system first determines a plurality of power equipment overhaul projects and an overhaul period of each power equipment overhaul project based on the power equipment overhaul criterion information stored in the power equipment overhaul plan generation system; each electric power equipment maintenance project corresponds to one electric power equipment to be overhauled; then, according to authority information of each system account under the power equipment overhaul plan generation system, determining at least one power equipment overhaul project corresponding to each system account in a plurality of power equipment overhaul projects, generating a power equipment overhaul plan of each system account based on at least one power equipment overhaul project corresponding to each system account and an overhaul period of at least one power equipment overhaul project, and issuing the power equipment overhaul plan of each system account to each system account; the power equipment overhaul plan of each system account at least comprises at least one power equipment overhaul project corresponding to the system account and overhaul attribute information of the at least one power equipment overhaul project; and updating the power equipment overhaul plan of the system account under the condition that overhaul attribute information of any one power equipment overhaul project in the power equipment overhaul plan of any one system account is changed. In this way, the system can generate a power equipment maintenance plan corresponding to each corresponding power equipment maintenance project for each system account under the power equipment maintenance planning system through the stored power equipment maintenance criterion information and the authority information of each system account, and can automatically update the corresponding power equipment maintenance plan under the condition that the maintenance attribute information of any one power equipment maintenance project is sent to change; the power equipment maintenance plan generating method based on the process can realize automatic generation and automatic updating of the power equipment maintenance plan, and further reduces the complexity of the maintenance plan making process.
In one exemplary embodiment, referring to table 1, the service attribute information of each power equipment service item includes at least a service period, a historical service time, and an expected service time of the power equipment service item.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S106, when the maintenance attribute information of any one of the power equipment maintenance items in the power equipment maintenance plan of any one of the system accounts is changed, the power equipment maintenance plan of the system account is updated, and specifically, the method includes the steps of:
Step S202, for each power equipment maintenance item in the power equipment maintenance schedule of each system account, determining a new predicted maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item according to the updated historical maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item and the maintenance period of the power equipment maintenance item when the historical maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item changes.
Step S204, updating the predicted maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance plan to a new predicted maintenance time to finish updating the power equipment maintenance plan.
Specifically, after a user of the system account performs a certain power equipment maintenance project on the power equipment, the historical maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance project can be modified in the power equipment maintenance plan of the system account based on the maintenance time; the system detects that the historical overhaul time of any one of the power equipment overhaul projects in the power equipment overhaul plan of any one system account is changed, and the estimated overhaul time of the power equipment overhaul project is redetermined based on the updated historical overhaul time and the overhaul period of the power equipment overhaul project and is updated in the power equipment overhaul plan, so that the updating of the power equipment overhaul plan is realized.
In this embodiment, the system can automatically update the corresponding predicted maintenance time by automatically updating the corresponding predicted maintenance time under the condition of updating the historical maintenance time.
In an exemplary embodiment, the system allows a user to add or delete a power equipment maintenance project under a system account through the system account, and in the case that a project modification request initiated by the user through the system account is received, adds or deletes a corresponding power equipment maintenance project in a power equipment maintenance plan corresponding to the system account, thereby realizing updating of the power equipment maintenance plan.
In one exemplary embodiment, the system further allows a user to manually modify other overhaul attribute information of the power equipment overhaul project under the system account through the system account, and correspondingly updates the other overhaul attribute information of the power equipment overhaul project based on the modified overhaul attribute information when the user is detected to modify through the system account, thereby realizing updating of the power equipment overhaul plan.
In one exemplary embodiment, referring to table 1, the service attribute information of each power equipment service item further includes at least a service status of the power equipment service item, the service status being used to characterize a service condition of the power equipment service item prior to a corresponding projected service time, such as whether the service is performed prior to the corresponding projected service time.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for generating a power equipment maintenance plan provided by the application further includes the following steps for updating the maintenance state of a power equipment maintenance project:
step S302, for each power equipment maintenance item in the power equipment maintenance schedule of each system account, if the current time is not later than the estimated maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item, maintaining the maintenance status of the power equipment maintenance as not expired.
And step S304, updating the overhauling state of the overhauling of the power equipment to be out-of-date under the condition that the current moment is later than the expected overhauling time.
Specifically, for each power equipment maintenance item in the power equipment maintenance schedule of each system account, the system always keeps the maintenance state of the power equipment maintenance unexpired when the current moment is earlier than or is in the expected maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item, and updates the maintenance state of the power equipment maintenance unexpired when the current moment is detected to be later than the expected maintenance time of the power equipment maintenance item.
For example, referring to table 1, assuming that the current time is 2010-05-09, the system always keeps the overhaul state corresponding to the wire check of device a and the wire check of device B unexpired, and updates the overhaul state corresponding to the test start of device a to be exceeded.
In this embodiment, the comparison between the current time and the expected maintenance time of the system can update the maintenance state of the maintenance equipment of the power equipment in time, so that the user can check and grasp the maintenance state of each maintenance item of the power equipment in time at any time.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the power equipment overhaul plan generating method provided by the present application further includes the following steps for issuing unexpired power equipment overhaul items and overhaul attribute information thereof to a system account:
In step S402, when an unexpired maintenance item query request initiated by any one of the system accounts is received, a corresponding maintenance item whose maintenance status is unexpired is screened from the power equipment maintenance items of the power equipment maintenance plan of the system account.
And step S404, issuing the screened power equipment overhaul project and overhaul attribute information of the screened power equipment overhaul project to a system account.
Specifically, when a user of a system account needs to inquire a list comprising each unexpired power equipment overhaul item corresponding to the system account, an unexpired overhaul item inquiry request can be initiated to the system through the system account; after receiving the unexpired maintenance item inquiry request, the system takes the corresponding maintenance state as unexpired as a screening condition, screens out the unexpired maintenance items of the corresponding maintenance state from the power equipment maintenance items included in the power equipment maintenance plan of the system account, and issues the power equipment maintenance items and the maintenance attribute information thereof to the system account so that a user can check and timely master the unexpired power equipment maintenance items under the corresponding system account at any time.
In practical application, referring to fig. 5, the system provides a viewing interface for the power equipment maintenance plan, and each system account can view the corresponding power equipment maintenance plan through the viewing interface; the checking interface is provided with an overhaul state input control and a query control, the overhaul state input control is an input box or a drop-down selection box, so that a user can conveniently input an overhaul state to be used as a query condition, after clicking the query control, the system can screen by taking the overhaul state in the overhaul state input control as the query condition, and the screening result is displayed in real time through the checking interface.
Further, an export control is further arranged on the viewing interface, after the user clicks the export control, the system generates a list of all the electric equipment maintenance items and maintenance attribute information thereof currently displayed on the viewing interface, and the list is issued to the system account, so that the user can send the list to other users or view the list locally.
In this embodiment, the system provides a function of inquiring according to the overhaul states, so that a user can view and grasp the overhaul items of the electric power equipment in each overhaul state at any time.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method for generating a power equipment maintenance plan provided by the present application further includes the following steps for issuing an over-period power equipment maintenance project and maintenance attribute information thereof to a system account:
