Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a brain positioning device, in particular to a single-bone-hole double-target-point channel bleeding positioning device.
Background
High-pressure cerebral hemorrhage is a common clinical disease, and the treatment mode largely determines the healing and recovery. Minimally invasive perforation drainage, open surgery, and conservative treatment all cause damage to nerve function to different degrees and affect the healed nerve. With the continuous and deep research on cerebral hemorrhage, people have relatively complete understanding on the pathology, clinical manifestation, treatment method, prognosis and the like of the cerebral hemorrhage, and the latest guidelines indicate that the cerebral hemorrhage is more than 15ml and the symptoms such as coma, aphasia and the like are consistent with the surgical indications. The clinical common operation modes comprise various operations, mainly craniotomy hematoma removal, ossicle window microsurgery, drill hematoma suction drainage and the like. The position, the angle and the puncture depth of a puncture point are accurately determined according to the craniocerebral CT image examination in the drilling hematoma suction drainage operation, so that the hematoma is sucked and removed or a related catheter is placed for drainage by the positioning puncture of a hematoma cavity, and the practice shows that the wound caused by the patient is minimum by implementing the treatment of the patient through the drilling hematoma suction drainage operation.
At present, the clinical common use is single-channel drilling drainage, and the good suction effect cannot be achieved by simply searching the hematoma center as a target point.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a single-bone-hole dual-target-point channel bleeding positioning device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:
a single-bone-hole double-target-point channel bleeding positioning device comprises a positioning mask, a guider and a catheter;
the positioning mask comprises a nose bridge positioning part, a brow bone positioning part and a forehead positioning part which are integrally formed and tightly attached to the nose bridge of a patient;
the guider is of a Contraband type structure, one end of the guider is fixedly connected with the upper part of the positioning mask, the other end of the guider is attached to the upper part of the top of the head of a patient, and a positioning piece is fixedly arranged in the middle of the waist inside the guider;
a catheter and two catheters inserted on the guide device and the positioning device.
As a further improvement of the invention: a first limiting open slot and a second limiting open slot are formed in the middle of the guider, and the open directions of the first limiting open slot and the second limiting open slot are consistent;
the positioning piece is provided with a third limiting open slot and a fourth limiting open slot, and the open directions of the third limiting open slot and the fourth limiting open slot are consistent;
meanwhile, the first limiting open slot and the second limiting open slot are opposite to the third limiting open slot and the fourth limiting open slot;
one liquid guide pipe penetrates through the first limiting notch and the third limiting notch, and the other liquid guide pipe penetrates through the second limiting notch and the fourth limiting notch.
As a further improvement of the invention: the slotting depth of the first limiting slotting is greater than that of the second limiting slotting;
the depth of the third limiting notch is greater than that of the fourth limiting notch.
As a further improvement of the invention: the distance between the first limiting open slot and the second limiting open slot is larger than the distance between the third limiting open slot and the fourth limiting open slot, meanwhile, the first limiting open slot, the second limiting open slot, the third limiting open slot and the fourth limiting open slot are obliquely arranged, and the liquid guide pipes are arranged in a crossed manner.
The beneficial effects of the invention are:
the device adopts a hole multiple target to the patient of large tracts of land cerebral hemorrhage, is favorable to fully carrying out the drainage of hematoma, still can carry out the drainage to peripheral tissue liquid simultaneously, can alleviate encephaledema to the oppression that patient's brain tissue formed, is favorable to preventing that cerebrovascular takes place the spasm, and help improves patient's cerebral circulation to accelerate postoperative brain function to resume, reduce the operation wound, thereby promote large tracts of land cerebral hemorrhage patient's therapeutic value.
