It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method of generating recommendation information in accordance with the present application is shown. The generation method of the recommendation information comprises the following steps:
step 201, in response to the condition that the noise decibel information of the environment where the user is located is lower than the threshold value, test audio information is obtained.
In this embodiment, an executing subject of the recommendation information generating method (for example, the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103 shown in fig. 1) may detect a decibel value of environmental noise of a terminal device used by a user and sending a generation request after receiving the generation request of the recommendation information sent by the user, and obtain test audio information from a local or non-local human-computer interaction device (for example, the server 105 shown in fig. 1) when it is determined that the decibel information of the environmental noise of the user is lower than a threshold condition.
For convenience of understanding, in the following description of the present embodiment, the terminal device used by the user is used as the execution subject.
It should be understood that the device for sending the request for generating recommendation information by the user may be the same as or different from the execution main body, and may be specifically selected according to actual situations, for example, in order to reduce delay caused by data transmission, the device for generating the request may be disposed at one location with the execution main body, or when the computing capability of the device for generating the request is insufficient, another device with stronger computing capability may be used as the execution main body, and the application is not limited thereto.
The threshold condition of the noise decibel of the environment can be set correspondingly according to the selection of the user, the age information of the user or the environment condition of the user, wherein the threshold condition can be preferably set according to the amplitude interval of the noise to the health of the human body (the noise level is 30-40 decibels), namely the threshold condition is set to be that the decibel value is 30, so that the requirements of most users are met, and the universality is enhanced.
The test audio information refers to voice information for testing the hearing condition of a user, and the common setting parameters of the voice information are generally set correspondingly based on an audiometric hertz value and a hearing decibel value, and are combined with a hertz value and a decibel value range which can be measured and heard by human beings, wherein the preferred test hertz value is 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, 500 and 250, and the preferred test hearing decibel value range is 40-100.
The decibel value of the test audio information can be set to be a fixed value which is convenient for distinguishing the range of the user, or can be a floating value, and after the initial decibel value is set, the initial decibel value is gradually increased along with the playing of the test audio information, so that the decibel value which can be received by the user can be accurately determined.
Step 202, modulating the current playing volume to the standard volume, and playing the test audio information by adopting the modulated playing volume.
In this embodiment, after the test audio information is obtained, the current playing volume is modulated to the standard volume, in practice, the standard volume is 100% of the indicated value of the volume indicator of the playing device, which is the standard volume of the device, and after the volume modulation is completed, the test audio information is played by using the standard volume.
Step 203, responding to the received confirmation identification sent by the user, determining the parameter information of the test audio information.
In this embodiment, when playing the test audio information, the user is instructed to send a corresponding confirmation identifier to the execution main body to respond when confirming that the test audio information is audible, and after the execution main body receives the confirmation identifier sent by the user, it can be determined that the user hears the test audio information, that is, it is determined that the user can receive the test audio information of the test hertz and decibel values corresponding to the test audio information, and determine the parameter information of the test audio information.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the accuracy of the test, a content filling link may be further set for the content of the test audio information, and when it is determined that the content input by the user is the same as the text content recorded in the pre-recorded test audio information, it is determined that the user can listen to the test audio information without hindrance.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, in response to receiving the confirmation identifier sent by the user, determining parameter information of the test audio information includes: and determining the parameter information of the test audio information in response to determining that the time interval from the first time of receiving the confirmation identifier sent by the user meets the preset time condition and then receiving the confirmation identifier sent by the user again.
Specifically, after receiving the confirmation identifier sent by the user once, the execution main body receives the confirmation identifier sent by the user again after a preset time interval from the time when the confirmation identifier sent by the user is received, and then determines that the user can successfully listen to the test audio information, so as to prevent the generation result of the recommendation information from being influenced by false response caused by false touch and false listening of the user.
In practice, the predetermined time interval may be fed back to the user in a manner that the confirmation flag for the first time is sent out for digital display, so that the user can know when the second response is made and the time interval condition can be met, thereby forming a good test interaction.
In practice, in order not to affect the subsequent use of the terminal device by the user, after the subsequent recommendation information generation step is completed, the execution main body may correspondingly restore the current play volume.
And step 204, generating recommendation information of the user according to the parameter information.
In this embodiment, after determining the test audio information that the user can listen to without obstacle in step 203, the parameter information of the test audio, that is, the test hertz value and the test decibel value, is correspondingly obtained, and corresponding recommendation information is generated according to the preset ranges of the test hertz value and the test decibel value.
The recommendation information is usually set according to the value of the test hertz value and the test decibel value of the test audio information, for example, when the user cannot smoothly hear the test audio information with the value of 4000 and the value of 60, the recommendation information can be set correspondingly to recommend that "you are in a hearing impairment state at present, and the inaudible test hertz value is 4000 hertz and the decibel value is 60 decibels, and recommend that you perform medical diagnosis", and also recommend an auxiliary product for the user according to the actual demand, for example, recommend an auxiliary parameter to support relevant medical auxiliary equipment with the frequency of 4000 hertz and the decibel of 60 decibels for the user.
Preferably, the corresponding relationship between the decibel value of the test audio information and the recommendation information may be set as follows:
when the decibel value is less than or equal to 20, correspondingly recommending that the hearing of a user is in normal hearing and the user pays attention to keep according to the test result;
the decibel value is more than 21 and less than or equal to 40, and the recommendation is correspondingly that according to the test result, your hearing is in mild hearing loss and you pay attention to rest;
the value of 41 < decibel is less than or equal to 55 is correspondingly recommended to the step of' according to the test result, the hearing is in mild or moderate hearing loss, and proper maintenance is recommended;
the numerical value of more than 56 dB and less than or equal to 70dB corresponds to 'according to the test result, your hearing is in moderate and severe hearing loss, and you are recommended to carry out hearing diagnosis';
the decibel value is more than 71 and less than or equal to 90, and correspondingly recommending that according to the test result, your hearing is in severe hearing loss and a user is advised to use hearing auxiliary equipment;
and the numerical value of more than 90 and less than or equal to 120 is correspondingly recommended, namely that according to the test result, your hearing is in extremely severe hearing loss, and you must use auxiliary equipment and carry out related treatment.
According to the method for generating the recommendation information, after the test audio information is acquired in response to the condition that the noise decibel information of the environment where the user is located is lower than the threshold value, the current playing volume is modulated to be the standard volume, the test audio information is played by adopting the modulated playing volume, the parameter information of the test audio information is determined in response to the fact that the confirmation mark sent by the user is received, the recommendation information of the user is generated according to the parameter information, so that the hearing state detection result of the user in the standard environment is acquired, the corresponding recommendation information is generated according to the detection result and is sent to the user, and the decision of the user is assisted.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, in order to facilitate a user to know a playing progress of the test voice, and determine whether the test voice enters playing, the playing progress of the test audio information may be presented to the user after the test audio information is played with the modulated playing volume, so that the user determines whether the test voice enters playing.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the method further includes: randomly splitting the test audio information into first test audio information and second test audio information; and playing the test audio information with the modulated playing volume comprises: playing the first test audio information by adopting the modulated playing volume; and in response to the fact that the time for finishing the playing of the first test voice at intervals meets the preset threshold condition, adopting the modulated playing volume to play the second test audio information.
Specifically, after the execution main body obtains the test audio information, the test audio information is randomly split into first test audio information and second test audio information according to the playing time.
The total playing time of the first test audio information and the second test audio information is equal to the playing time of the test audio information, and the playing time and the playing content of the first test audio information and the second test audio information are part of the test audio information.
After the first test audio information and the second test audio information are obtained, the first test audio information is firstly played, and after the time after the first test audio information is played meets the preset threshold condition, the second test audio information is continuously played, so that a user can more accurately judge whether the heard content is the content of the test audio information.
In some embodiments, the time after the playing of the first test audio information in the implementation meets the preset threshold condition may correspond to that in the implementation, in response to determining that the time interval between the first time and the time when the confirmation identifier sent by the user is received meets the preset time condition, the time interval in the parameter information of the test audio information is determined to be set, so as to achieve the purpose of obtaining at least one confirmation identifier in each of the first test audio information and the second test audio information, and further improve the accuracy of the test result.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of another embodiment of a method for generating recommendation information is shown, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, in response to a condition that the noise decibel information of the environment where the user is located is lower than the threshold value, obtaining test audio information.
Step 302, the current playing volume is modulated to the standard volume, and the test audio information is played by using the modulated playing volume.
Step 303, in response to determining that the confirmation identifier is not received within a preset time after the test audio information starts to be played until the playing is completed, updating the test audio information and playing with the modulated playing volume.
In this embodiment, in a preset time after the test audio information is determined to be played from the beginning to the end of the playing, in order to receive a confirmation identifier sent by the user, that is, to confirm that the user cannot smoothly listen to the test audio information, the test audio information is correspondingly updated to play updated test audio information of other hertz values and decibel values, so as to find out the hertz values and decibel values that can be listened by the user.
Preferably, when the updating sequence of the test audio is set, the updating sequence is set according to the sequence that the audiometric Hertz numerical value is decreased progressively and the decibel numerical value is increased progressively, so that audiometry is performed on the user regularly and in a echelon, and the test audio information matched with the user is accurately searched.
And step 304, in response to receiving the update confirmation identifier sent by the user for the updated test voice, determining the update parameter information of the updated test voice.
Step 305, generating recommendation information of the user according to the updated parameter information.
In this embodiment, part of the contents in steps 301, 302, 304, and 305 are similar to that in step 201 and 204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, repeated contents are not repeated, and in this embodiment, when it is determined that the user cannot detect the test audio information, the test audio is updated to determine the test audio information that the user can successfully detect and hear and determine corresponding parameters, so as to automatically and dynamically determine parameter information of the test audio that the user can receive, and generate recommendation information for the user according to the parameter information.
Further to achieve accurate and dynamic determination of the audio information to be tested that can be heard by the user, reference is continued to fig. 4, which shows a flow 400 of still another embodiment of the recommendation information generation method, specifically including the following steps:
step 401, in response to determining that the decibel information of the noise of the environment where the user is located is lower than the threshold, obtaining test audio information.
Step 402, modulating the current playing volume to the standard volume, and playing the test audio information by using the modulated playing volume.
Step 403, in response to receiving the confirmation identifier sent by the user, after determining the parameter information of the test audio information, updating the test audio information.
In this embodiment, a reasonable gradient may be set in advance according to the parameter information of the test audio information, and a plurality of test audio information may be correspondingly set to perform a cyclic test on the user, so as to determine to obtain accurate parameter information corresponding to the test audio information, and after determining the parameter information, the step 402 may be skipped, and the modulated play volume may be used to play and update the updated test audio information.
Illustratively, the settings are set as the hertzian and decibel value gradients shown in table 1.

The first test audio information may use test audio information with a hertz value of 1000 and an initial decibel value of 40, and the decibel value is gradually increased when the test audio information is played, after the confirmation identifier sent by the user is determined to be received, the decibel value corresponding to the test audio information when the user sends the confirmation identifier is determined as the parameter information of the test audio, after the determination of the parameter information is completed, the second test audio information is continuously sent, the hertz value of the second test audio information is set to 2000, the initial decibel value is the decibel value corresponding to the first test audio information plus 30, the second test is started, and the following contents are analogized in sequence as in table 1.
In practice, when the last test is completed, multiple rounds of tests can be performed again according to the sequence, and the accuracy of the test results is further improved by comparing and verifying the results of the tests in different rounds.
Further, since the human body receivable decibel values have a definite range interval, the threshold of the initial decibel value can be preset in advance, and when the initial decibel value determined in the subsequent steps in one turn in table 1 is higher than the threshold, the initial decibel value is adjusted to the threshold, so that direct damage and loss of the test value of the user due to overhigh initial decibel value are prevented.
Step 404, in response to determining that the confirmation mark is not received within a preset time after the test audio information starts to be played until the playing is completed, updating the test audio information to obtain the updated test audio information.
In this embodiment, the confirmation identifier is not received within a preset time after the test audio information is determined to start playing until the playing is completed, the test audio is updated to obtain updated test audio information, and the step 402 is skipped, and the updated test audio information is played with the modulated playing volume.
It should be understood that, in order to meet the requirement of multiple rounds and multiple cycles of testing in practice, when it is determined that the confirmation flag is not received within a preset time after the test audio information is played from the beginning to the end of the playing, the test of the current round may be ended, and the test playing audio information may be updated to the first test playing audio information of other rounds.
On the basis, in order to realize accurate testing in the current round, in practice, the testing in the current round can be correspondingly set, when at least two continuous testing audio information start to be played and the confirmation mark is not received within the preset time after the playing is finished, the testing in the current round is finished, so that misoperation caused by mistaken listening of a user and insensitivity to specific parameter information is prevented.
Step 405, acquiring parameter information determined by different test audio information to generate a parameter information set.
In this embodiment, a set of parameter information is generated based on the parameter information of the different test audio information determined in step 403.
The audiometry and parameter information collection of the user may be stopped when it is determined that the number of the parameter information of different test audio information included in the parameter information set satisfies the preset condition, or the audiometry and parameter information collection of the user may be stopped after the test audio information of any turn is played in step 403 according to a specific requirement, that is, the test audio information is stopped from being updated and played.
And step 406, adopting the parameter information with the minimum value in the parameter information set as the target parameter information.
In this embodiment, the parameter information set includes a plurality of recorded parameter information, where the parameter information with the smallest value may be determined as the parameter information of the bottom line that can be received and that can be successfully audited by the user, and therefore the parameter information is used as the target parameter information for subsequently generating the recommendation information.
On the basis, whether the parameter information in the parameter information set is coherent or not can be used as a judgment standard for judging whether the collected parameter information is accurate or not, namely if the parameter information in the parameter information set is coherent, the corresponding data collected is determined to be real and reliable.
Further, in some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the content in the parameter set information may also be screened according to a condition in generating the parameter set information, for example, a cycle test, a repetition test, and the like, when parameter information with a small value in the parameter information set occurs at least twice, it is determined that the reliability of the parameter information with the minimum value is higher, and the parameter information with the minimum value is used as the target parameter information, so as to further improve the reliability of the target parameter information.
And step 408, generating recommendation information of the user according to the target parameter information.
The method for generating recommendation information provided by this embodiment can perform a cyclic and repeated test on a user based on a plurality of test audio information, so as to more accurately determine parameter information corresponding to the test audio information of the baseline that the user can listen to smoothly, and provide reliable and reasonable data support for subsequently generating recommendation information.
In addition, in practice, because the ear organ of the human body is divided into two parts, namely the left ear and the right ear, which are relatively independent, the parameter information corresponding to the left ear and the right ear may be different, so as to be more accurately recommended to the user, and the left ear and the right ear of the user can be separately tested according to the method in any of the above embodiments, and specific contents can be referred to the above description part, and thus are not described again.
In order to deepen understanding, the application also provides a specific implementation scheme by combining a specific application scene. after the recommendation information generation request of the user is obtained, in order to more accurately test the user, as shown in fig. 5-1, a selection interface of the left ear and the right ear is presented for the user, so that the user can perform a separate test according to the self condition.
Further, the noise decibel information of the environment where the user is located is tested, as shown in fig. 5-2, in response to determining that the noise decibel information of the environment where the user is located is lower than the threshold condition, test audio information is obtained, and a test start button is presented to the user, so that interaction with the user is facilitated, and hearing test is started.
Further, after it is determined that the user clicks to start the hearing test, the current playing volume of the user is adjusted to the standard volume, the test audio information is played with the modulated playing volume, and the playing progress of the test audio information is presented to the user, as shown in fig. 5-3.
