Abstract
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a safe dispensing needle for cytotoxic drugs, which comprises a needle tube, a needle point arranged at the front end of the needle tube, a dispensing hole arranged at the front end or on the side wall of the needle tube, a needle seat fixedly connected with the rear end of the needle tube and an elastic closing device arranged outside the needle tube, wherein the needle tube is internally provided with a cavity, the needle seat is internally provided with a cavity and communicated with the cavity of the needle tube, the dispensing hole is communicated with the cavity in the needle tube and the cavity in the needle seat, the elastic closing device is sleeved on the needle tube to close the dispensing hole, and an elastic resetting device is arranged between the elastic closing device and the needle seat. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, and when the cytotoxic drug in the penicillin bottle is prepared, the needle point passes through the elastic sealing device and is further inserted into the rubber plug of the penicillin bottle to dissolve and suck the drug. After the configuration is finished, the medicine in the penicillin bottle is pumped out, the needle tube is pulled out, and the dispensing hole in the dispensing needle tube is closed manually or automatically by the elastic reset device, so that the cytotoxic medicine aerosol is prevented from leaking, and the safety of dispensing personnel is protected.

Background
The hospital nurse needs to respectively prepare different cytotoxic drugs into the infusion bags according to the medication requirements of the tumor patients and then input the drugs into the bodies of the patients. The safe dispensing needle for the cytotoxic drugs comprises a needle base 7 and is characterized in that one end of the needle base 7 is fixedly connected with a needle tube 1, and an elastic sealing device is arranged on the needle tube 1.
When the embodiment is used, referring to the attached drawing 1, the needle tube 1 is inserted into a cytotoxic drug vial to prepare drugs, and the elastic sealing device seals a gap between a rubber plug of the vial and a dispensing needle to prevent cytotoxic drug aerosol and liquid medicine in the vial from being scattered into a dispensing environment; after the cytotoxic drugs are completely prepared and the liquid medicine in the bottle is completely pumped, the cytotoxic drugs carried on the needle tube and the liquid medicine in the needle tube cannot be dispersed into a dispensing environment through the elastic sealing device, so that the safety of dispensing personnel is protected.
In the second embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the elastic sealing device is made of materials such as silicone rubber, elastic TPN, elastic TPE2 and the like.
In the use of the embodiment, referring to the attached drawing 1, when the vial is inserted into a cytotoxic drug vial, the elastic sealing device 2 is fixed by hand, and when the needle tube is pulled out, the elastic sealing device 2 prevents the cytotoxic drug in the vial, the cytotoxic drug carried on the needle tube and the liquid medicine in the needle tube from being dispersed into a dispensing environment, so that the safety of a dispensing person is protected.
In the third embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic closing device comprises a return spring 3 fixedly connected between the needle holder 7 and the elastic closing device 2.
In the use of this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, when inserting into a vial of cytotoxic drug, the elastic sealing device 2 overcomes the elastic force of the return spring 3, and after dispensing, the elastic sealing device 2 can avoid the harm of the cytotoxic drug to the dispensing personnel under the action of the return spring 3.
In the fourth embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic closing device comprises a sliding support 4 connected with a needle seat 7 in a transverse sliding manner, and one end of the sliding support 4 is fixedly connected with the elastic closing device 2.
In use of this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, when inserting into a vial of cytotoxic drug, the elastic sealing device 2 carries the sliding support 4 to start to operate, and after dispensing is completed, we fix the sliding support 4, and the elastic sealing device 2 can avoid the harm of the cytotoxic drug to the dispensing personnel.
Fifth embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic closing means includes a sliding support 4 connected with a needle seat 7 in a transverse sliding manner, one end of the sliding support 4 is fixedly connected with the elastic closing means 2, and a return spring 3 is fixedly connected between the needle seat 7 and the elastic closing means 2.
In the use of this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, when inserting into a vial of cytotoxic drug, the elastic sealing device 2 carries the sliding support 4 to overcome the return spring 3 to start the operation, and after dispensing is completed, under the action of the return spring 3, the elastic sealing device 2 can avoid the harm of the cytotoxic drug to the dispensing personnel.
Sixth, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic closing device comprises an elastic closing device 2 which is fixedly connected with one end of a needle seat 7 and wraps the needle tube 1, and a return spring 3 is fixedly connected between the needle seat 7 and the inner side wall of the elastic closing device 2.

Seventh embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic sealing device includes a fixed block 8 fixedly connected to one end of a needle seat 7 and sleeved with the needle tube 1, the needle tube 1 is sleeved with the elastic sealing device 2, and the elastic sealing device 2 is connected with the fixed block 8 through a return spring 3.

In the eighth embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, the elastic closing device includes a handle 5 connected to the needle base 7 in a sliding manner in the transverse direction, and one end of the handle 5 is fixedly connected to the elastic closing device 2 sleeved with the needle tube 1.
In the use of this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, when inserting into a cytotoxic drug vial, the elastic sealing device 2 starts to take the handle 5 to start to operate, and after dispensing is completed, we fix the handle 5 and start to pull out the handle, so that the elastic sealing device 2 and the cytotoxic drug vial are always attached to each other, and the damage of cytotoxic drugs to dispensing personnel can be avoided at the elastic sealing device 2.

Claims (10)

A cytotoxic drug safety dispensing needle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic closing means comprises a sliding support (4) connected with the needle base (7) in a sliding manner in a transverse direction, one end of the sliding support (4) is fixedly connected with the elastic closing means (2), and the sliding support has an elastic restoring force.

A cytotoxic drug safety dispensing needle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic closing means comprises a sliding support (4) connected with the needle holder (7) in a sliding manner in a transverse direction, one end of the sliding support (4) is fixedly connected with the elastic closing means (2), and the needle holder (7) is fixedly connected with the elastic closing means (2) through a return spring (3).
