Further, in the embodiment, by receiving the warehousing documents and performing warehousing check on the warehousing documents, whether the warehousing documents are correct or not can be effectively detected, so that the accuracy of warehousing materials in the inventory management process is improved, the warehousing message data is obtained by performing format conversion on the warehousing documents, the warehousing documents can be effectively converted into the preset format or language information, the storage of the warehousing documents is facilitated, the accuracy of the warehousing message data can be effectively detected by performing data check on the warehousing message data, the accuracy of warehousing materials in the inventory management process is further improved, the customer address is inquired according to the document identification by acquiring the document identification of the warehousing documents, the sending of the customer address information and the return of the information are effectively improved, the warehousing message data after data check is sent to the customer address, and a warehousing log is generated according to the warehousing message data, the method can effectively record the warehousing message data and the warehousing message data issuing condition, and improves the management efficiency of inventory management.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is used as an example, in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units or modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the storage device is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. The units, modules, etc. referred to herein are a series of computer programs capable of being executed by a processor (not shown) of the target inventory management system and functioning to perform certain functions, all of which may be stored in a storage device (not shown) of the target inventory management system.

Claims (10)
1. An inventory management system, the system comprising:
the client management module is used for managing the operation authorities corresponding to different clients;
the part type maintenance module is used for converting the information of the part type and issuing and returning the converted information;
the BOM relation maintenance module is used for processing the corresponding relation and the proportional relation between the assemblies and the sub-assemblies of the warehousing materials;
the address maintenance module is used for matching corresponding client information and address information according to the organization codes in the documents to be put in storage when the messages are returned;
the packaging code maintenance module is used for maintaining the corresponding relation between the materials and the packaging information;
the material information maintenance module is used for maintaining part codes, part types, sales organization codes and customer code information of materials and determining the corresponding sales organization codes and the customer code information according to the part codes and the part types;
the client information maintenance module is used for maintaining the client code and the client name information of the client;
the message management module is used for receiving the ASN information sent by the client and returning the original message of the client;
the delivery notification module is used for displaying the ASN information issued by the client;
the inventory passback module is used for displaying the message information returned to the client;
the sub-part change monitoring module is used for monitoring the change of the sub-part information;
the assembly returning module is used for returning the message information of the assembly;
the interface log module is used for recording the back transmission state of the interface log;
the ASN abnormity recording module is used for recording abnormal information when the warehoused materials are warehoused and the ASN information is not received;
the ASN ex-warehouse module is used for recording historical information of the materials from the cache position to the normal position;
and the mail recording module is used for notifying the mail to carry out warehousing of the materials and sending warehousing documents to the corresponding clients.
2. The inventory management system as recited in claim 1 further comprising:
the warehousing check module is used for receiving warehousing documents and performing warehousing check on the warehousing documents;
the data verification module is used for carrying out format conversion on the warehousing documents to obtain warehousing message data and carrying out data verification on the warehousing message data if the warehousing verification of the warehousing documents is successful;
the address query module is used for acquiring a document identifier of the warehousing document and querying a client address according to the document identifier if the data verification of the warehousing message data is successful;
and the log storage module is used for sending the warehousing message data after data verification to the client address and generating a warehousing log according to the warehousing message data.
3. The inventory management system of claim 2, wherein said warehousing check-up module is further configured to:
acquiring the material type of the warehousing material in the warehousing receipt, and inquiring a warehousing address according to the material type;
acquiring the storage quantity of the storage materials corresponding to the warehousing address, and comparing the acquired storage quantity of the storage materials with the warehousing quantity of the warehousing materials in the warehousing documents;
if the storage quantity of the storage materials is the same as the warehousing quantity of the warehousing materials in the warehousing receipts, acquiring warehousing parameters of the warehousing materials;
inquiring storage parameters of the storage materials according to the parameter types of the warehousing parameters, and performing parameter comparison on the acquired storage parameters and the warehousing parameters;
and if the storage parameters are successfully compared with the parameters of the warehousing parameters, judging that warehousing check of the warehousing documents is successful.
4. The inventory management system of claim 2, wherein said data verification module is further configured to:
converting the warehousing documents into messages in an EDI format to obtain warehousing message data;
performing hash value calculation on the warehousing message data to obtain a warehousing hash value, and comparing the warehousing hash value with a preset hash value in the warehousing document;
if the warehousing hash value is successfully compared with the preset hash value, acquiring the data volume of the warehousing message data, and matching the data volume of the warehousing message data with a preset data volume range in the warehousing document;
and if the data volume of the warehousing message data is within the preset data volume range, judging that the data verification of the warehousing message data is successful.
5. The inventory management system of claim 3, wherein said warehousing check-up module is further configured to:
acquiring a combination proportion between an assembly and a sub-piece in the storage material, and comparing the combination proportion with a preset proportion in the warehousing document;
and if the combination proportion is not the same as the preset proportion, judging that the warehousing check of the warehousing documents is unsuccessful.
6. An inventory management method, the method comprising:
receiving a warehousing bill, and performing warehousing check on the warehousing bill;
if the warehousing check of the warehousing documents is successful, carrying out format conversion on the warehousing documents to obtain warehousing message data, and carrying out data check on the warehousing message data;
if the data verification of the warehousing message data is successful, acquiring a document identification of the warehousing document, and inquiring a customer address according to the document identification;
and sending the warehousing message data after data verification to the client address, and generating a warehousing log according to the warehousing message data.
7. The inventory management method of claim 6, wherein said step of warehousing said warehoused documents comprises:
acquiring the material type of the warehousing material in the warehousing receipt, and inquiring a warehousing address according to the material type;
acquiring the storage quantity of the storage materials corresponding to the warehousing address, and comparing the acquired storage quantity of the storage materials with the warehousing quantity of the warehousing materials in the warehousing documents;
if the storage quantity of the storage materials is the same as the warehousing quantity of the warehousing materials in the warehousing receipts, acquiring warehousing parameters of the warehousing materials;
inquiring storage parameters of the storage materials according to the parameter types of the warehousing parameters, and performing parameter comparison on the acquired storage parameters and the warehousing parameters;
and if the storage parameters are successfully compared with the parameters of the warehousing parameters, judging that warehousing check of the warehousing documents is successful.
8. The inventory management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of performing format conversion on the warehousing documents to obtain warehousing message data, and performing data verification on the warehousing message data comprises:
converting the warehousing documents into messages in an EDI format to obtain warehousing message data;
performing hash value calculation on the warehousing message data to obtain a warehousing hash value, and comparing the warehousing hash value with a preset hash value in the warehousing document;
if the warehousing hash value is successfully compared with the preset hash value, acquiring the data volume of the warehousing message data, and matching the data volume of the warehousing message data with a preset data volume range in the warehousing document;
and if the data volume of the warehousing message data is within the preset data volume range, judging that the data verification of the warehousing message data is successful.
9. The inventory management method of claim 7, wherein said step of warehousing said warehoused documents further comprises:
acquiring a combination proportion between an assembly and a sub-piece in the storage material, and comparing the combination proportion with a preset proportion in the warehousing document;
and if the combination proportion is not the same as the preset proportion, judging that the warehousing check of the warehousing documents is unsuccessful.
10. The inventory management method of claim 6, wherein said method further comprises:
if the warehousing check of the warehousing documents is unsuccessful, generating warehousing error records according to the warehousing documents;
and if the data verification of the warehousing message data is unsuccessful, generating a data verification error record according to the warehousing document.
