Specifically, even after the travel order is completed, the user travel health and safety management platform still provides travel-related health and safety warning information, so that the whole-course health and safety management is realized. In an embodiment of the present invention, the health safety warning information includes epidemic situation infection information and epidemic situation coping information of the same passenger on the trip. For example, when a passenger on the same car, the same airplane or the same ship of the user has an illness with infectious characteristics, the user also has an infected risk, so the user trip health and safety management platform sends out early warning to the user in time according to the acquired epidemic situation infection information of the same passenger, and provides corresponding epidemic situation application information, such as in-situ isolation, directional diagnosis and the like.
It should be noted that, for the first real-time health safety information, the second real-time health safety information, and the health safety warning information, the user trip health safety management platform may push the first real-time health safety information, the second real-time health safety information, and the health safety warning information to the user through one or more combinations of a short message, a WeChat, and a subscription number, and the user may also customize a receiving manner.
The user travel health safety management system not only can carry out travel health safety management on a single user, but also can carry out travel health safety management based on a specific user group. In an embodiment of the present invention, the user travel health safety management system further includes a health information collecting module, configured to construct a user group including a plurality of users, and provide a health information collecting interface, so that the users in the user group provide their own health information according to a preset frequency. In an embodiment of the present invention, the user travel health and safety management system further includes an insurance service module, configured to provide insurance services related to health and safety, where the insurance services include one or a combination of insurance consultation services and insurance agency services. Specifically, the user trip health and safety management platform provides health and safety related insurance services according to user requirements on the basis of a large amount of acquired user trip data and related risk data. The insurance comprises one or more of group insurance, individual insurance, annual insurance and one-time insurance.

For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the present invention stores thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the user travel health safety management method described above. Preferably, the storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the user travel health and safety management platform of the present invention includes: a processor 61 and a memory 62.

In conclusion, the user travel health safety management method, the user travel health safety management system, the storage medium and the user travel safety management platform can automatically provide information service in terms of health safety for the user according to the user travel plan or the user order, user query is not needed, and user experience is greatly improved; the information service runs through before, during and after the trip of the user, and the trip health and trip safety of the user are fully guaranteed; the system can provide integrated health and safety management for specific groups such as enterprises, schools and the like, and is convenient for decision and management of the groups. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

providing second real-time health safety information of the travel relevant place to the user at the travel time of the travel order;
and after the travel order is finished, providing travel-related health safety warning information to the user.

The user travel health and safety management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first real-time health safety information and the second real-time health safety information comprise one or more combinations of real-time epidemic situation information, real-time extreme weather early warning information, real-time traffic policy, real-time trip risk early warning information and short-term travel medical insurance information of the trip-related places.

The user travel health and safety management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: and providing customer service at the travel time of the travel order, wherein the customer service comprises one or more of medical guide service, on-line inquiry and/or drug delivery service and emergency rescue service.
