The adjusting mechanism 8 comprises a screw 801 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 702, and the screw 801 is in threaded connection with a balance block 802 slidably connected with the fixed frame 2.
The fastening plates 1 are connected through bolts.
Example two: this embodiment is a further improvement of the previous embodiment: the length of the curved chute 3 is one eighth of the length of the fastening plate 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the tool is used, the fastening plate 1 is fixed on the surface of a rotating shaft of the cutter head through a bolt, and the knob 503 is rotated to drive the driving shaft 502 to rotate, so that the driving gear 504 fixedly connected with the driving shaft is driven to rotate, and the transmission gear ring 601 is driven to rotate; and then the driven gear 703 engaged with the driven gear is rotated to drive the rotating shaft 702 to rotate, and further the screw 801 is rotated to drive the balance weight 802 in threaded connection with the screw to move until the balance weight 802 is moved to a position where the unbalance of the rotating shaft is eliminated.
