The invention provides an electric spiral bailing tool and a bailing method, the tool comprises a body, a motor water outlet, a main shaft, a one-way sand filtering valve, a sand outlet valve, a one-way valve I, a one-way valve II, a sand conveyer, a liquid inlet and a bearing body assembly, wherein the motor and the bearing body assembly are respectively positioned at the outer sides of two ends of the body; the body is a hollow cylinder, and the liquid inlet is formed in the body close to the bearing body assembly; the water outlet is arranged on the body close to the motor; three baffles are sequentially arranged in the body from the motor to the bearing body assembly, and the three baffles divide the interior of the body into four independent cavities. The invention solves the problem that the throttleer well is partially buried in sand, solves the problem that the throttleer well is partially buried in sand and cannot be salvaged, ensures the normal production of the wells, and provides a new means for sand bailing and salvage.
