The preset image information processing conditions are at least used for limiting the image quality and the quantity of the image information, the image quality comprises requirements of definition, pixels and the like, after the image information is acquired, as a plurality of pieces of image information possibly exist, in order to accurately determine the image acquisition time and improve the identification accuracy of the image information, whether the acquired image information meets the requirements of the image quality and the quantity is judged, for example, whether an image information with the definition reaching a level is acquired is judged. If the image information does not meet the requirement, it is indicated that the image information cannot be used as the image information of the marked time and the package state information cannot be accurately identified from the image information, so that the image information is re-acquired, and the user is indicated in a manner that a prompt message indicating that the image acquisition is successful is not sent. If the number of the image information is multiple, the first image information which can be acquired is taken as the standard, and a prompt message that the image acquisition is successful is sent out.
For the embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the user to perform the next service operation according to the order information, improve the usage efficiency of the order information, and output the order prompting message of the order information, as shown in fig. 2, step 204, combining the order information corresponding to the identification code to output the order information including the image acquisition time, and then, the method further includes: 205. and outputting the order output prompt message of the order output information.

For the embodiment of the present invention, since the order discharge information may configure the image acquisition time as the order discharge time, in order to avoid that the identified packing state is not the final packing state of the order target that can discharge the order and the accuracy of the order discharge time is affected, the embodiment of the present invention further includes: judging whether the image acquisition time is configured to the order output time in the order output information or not according to the packaging state information; if not, adjusting the order-out time or sending alarm information according to the packaging state information.
After the trained model is used for identifying and processing the image information, the packaging state information of the order target is obtained, such as that a packaging bag of the order target is sealed, a small ticket is not attached to a packaging bag of the order target, and the like. If the packaging state of the order target is finished, the image acquisition time is determined to be accurate order output time, namely the image acquisition time is configured to be the order output time when the order output information is generated, and if the packaging state of the order target is unfinished, the order output time can be adjusted according to the packaging state information or alarm information is sent so that a user can acquire the image information after packaging is carried out again. Specifically, if the order output time is adjusted according to the package state information, the adjustment may be performed according to a preset time adjustment policy, for example, the adjustment may be performed by directly delaying backward for 5 minutes as the order output time, and the adjustment time may also be configured according to a packaging step existing between the identified package state and the package state of the completed package, for example, if the package state information is an open label, the order output time is increased by 2 minutes, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.

In another scenario of complaint of the user, when the buyer user takes the ordered commodity and finds that the commodity has no order receipt, the buyer user requests to check the order information, and the current system outputs the image acquisition time of the ordered commodity and the package state information: the package is provided with a receipt, and complaints can be made to the delivery personnel.
Compared with the prior art that order information is obtained by manually triggering an order and estimating time, the order information generation method provided by the embodiment of the invention acquires the image information of an order target; marking the image acquisition time of the acquired image information, and identifying the identification code in the image information; the order information corresponding to the identification code is combined to output the order output information containing the image acquisition time, the code scanning is realized through the acquired image information, the order information is generated according to the acquired time as the marking time, the manual operation cost for generating the order output time is reduced, the timeliness of the image acquisition time of the order target is improved, the accuracy of the order output information is improved, the operation cost of hardware is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of code scanning and order output of the order target is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides another method for generating order information, as shown in fig. 3, where the method includes:

For the embodiment of the invention, in order to enable the scanning of the identification code and the shooting of the image information, when the scanning device scans the identification code of the order target, the shooting device bound with the scanning device shoots the order target to obtain the image information. The scanning device in the embodiment of the present invention may be installed at a fixed position in the order-issuing operation area, may be installed on a handheld device suitable for any position in the order-issuing operation area, and may also be installed on a packaging tool suitable for use in a packaging operation process for an order target, so as to acquire image information in different manners, without specific limitation. For example, the scanning device and the shooting device are configured as fixed devices at specific positions on an operation table in the operation process, such as a packing area or a waiting area in a restaurant, or a position between the packing area and the waiting area, so as to complete code scanning and shooting. For another example, a scanning device and a photographing device are provided as components on a portable device such as a stapler and a tape machine used in a packing process of a restaurant, so that a user can take a picture by scanning a code while the packing process is being performed.
It should be noted that, as a separate device capable of capturing and scanning codes, one camera module may include a capturing device and a scanning device, respectively, so as to complete the image information acquisition and the identification code scanning in the above steps.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the generated order output information more complete, and enable the packaging state of the order target to be obtained while determining the order time, as shown in fig. 4, after step 402, marking the image acquisition time of the image information, the method further includes: 403. and identifying the packaging state information of the order target in the image information.
The package status information includes whether the package is completed, whether the package is complete, whether the package is correct, and the like, for example, whether the order receipt is attached to the package bag, whether the package bag is sealed, and the like. Since the image information can be identified by using an artificial intelligence technology, the current end determines whether the package state information for identifying the order target is locally performed or uploaded to the cloud end according to the capability of image processing, the processing efficiency and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited. Since a large amount of data processing operation is required when the image information with different qualities is identified, in order to reduce system energy consumption and reduce data processing resource consumption, whether the image information identifying the order target is performed in the local system or the cloud system can be determined according to the image processing capability of the local or the cloud, and if the image information is performed in the cloud system, the image information and the corresponding information such as the identification code of the order target are uploaded to the cloud.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for further limitation and description, the identifying the packaging status information of the order target in the image information includes: and identifying the image information by using a preset deep learning model to obtain a packaging completion degree used for representing packaging state information corresponding to the order target, wherein the preset deep learning model is a model algorithm trained through a packaging state information set.
In order to accurately identify the packaging state information of the order target in the image information, the image information is identified by using a preset deep learning model. The preset deep learning model may be a deep neural network based on convolution, the deep neural network based on convolution is trained through a package state information set in advance, and then image information is identified and processed through the trained model, so as to represent a package completion degree of package state information corresponding to the order target, where the package completion degree is used to represent a quantization result of the package state information, such as a quantization result of package states that a package bag of the order target is sealed, a package bag of the order target is attached with a receipt, and the like. If the image information does not meet the requirement, it is indicated that the image information cannot be used as the image information of the marked time and the package state information cannot be accurately identified from the image information, so that the image information is re-acquired, and the user is indicated in a manner that a prompt message indicating that the image acquisition is successful is not sent. In the embodiment of the present invention, since the order discharge information may configure the image acquisition time as the order discharge time, in order to avoid that the identified packing state is not the final packing state of the order target that can be discharged and the accuracy of the order discharge time is affected, the embodiment of the present invention further includes: judging whether the image acquisition time is configured to the order output time in the order output information or not according to the packaging state information; if not, adjusting the order-out time or sending alarm information according to the packaging state information.
After the trained model is used for identifying and processing the image information, the packaging state information of the order target is obtained, such as the packaging bag of the order target is sealed, the packaging bag of the order target is not pasted with a receipt, and the like, and correspondingly, whether the packaging of the order target is finished or not can be judged according to the packaging state information, and specifically, the packaging state information is compared with the pre-configured packaging state information for finishing the packaging to determine whether the packaging is finished or not. If the packaging state of the order target is finished, the image acquisition time is determined to be accurate order output time, namely the image acquisition time is configured to be the order output time when the order output information is generated, and if the packaging state of the order target is unfinished, the order output time can be adjusted according to the packaging state information or alarm information is sent so that a user can acquire the image information after packaging is carried out again. Specifically, if the order output time is adjusted according to the package state information, the adjustment may be performed according to a preset time adjustment policy, for example, the adjustment may be performed by directly delaying backward for 5 minutes as the order output time, and the adjustment time may also be configured according to a packaging step existing between the identified package state and the package state of the completed package, for example, if the package state information is an open label, the order output time is increased by 2 minutes, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.

Compared with the prior art that order information is obtained by manually triggering an order and estimating time, the method for generating the order information acquires the image information of the order target when the identification code of the order target is scanned; marking the image acquisition time when the image information is acquired; the order information corresponding to the identification code is combined to output the order output information containing the image acquisition time, the code scanning is realized through the acquired image information, the order information is generated according to the acquired time as the marking time, the manual operation cost for generating the order output time is reduced, the timeliness of the image acquisition time of the order target is improved, the accuracy of the order output information is improved, the operation cost of hardware is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of code scanning and order output of the order target is improved.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 or 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fixed code scanning apparatus, which is applied to single code scanning, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a camera module 51 fixed in the order operation area, a processor 52,
the camera module 51 is configured to collect image information of an order object in a preset fixed code scanning area, and transmit the image information to the processor 52, where the preset fixed code scanning area is used to instruct a user to perform code scanning operation on the order object at a fixed position;
the processor 52 is configured to mark the image acquisition time of the acquired image information after receiving the image information, and generate order output information including the image acquisition time by identifying the identification code of the order target and combining the order information of the identification code.
When a user expects a bill to an order target, the bill is often determined by scanning an identification code attached to a package, so that image information or a code is collected by the user at a fixed position through a camera module configured in a preset fixed code scanning area. The preset fixed scanning area can be configured at any operation position for operating the order target, so that a user can hold the order target to scan codes at a fixed position. Since the camera module 51 is disposed at a fixed position in the order operation area, the processor 52 may be disposed at this position, and since the code scanning operation may be performed by a plurality of camera modules in one physical store, the number of the processors 52 for receiving the image information transmitted by the camera module 51 may be 1 or more, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that, in order to acquire image information at a fixed position, acquire image information with good quality, and avoid the complexity of the focusing process, the camera module 51 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a fixed-focus lens, and a focusing distance is configured in advance, for example, by using a depth of field, that is, an object in a certain depth range before or after a focusing plane, an image is clear, and a clear image can be acquired by expecting a photographed object to be in the depth of field range. In addition, in order to accurately obtain the image information or successfully scan the identification code within a certain scanning range, when the depth-of-field lens is used for shooting the image information, the set shooting image distance is matched with the distance of the scanning identification code, such as angle range matching, distance range matching and the like, so that when the identification code is scanned, the shot image information is ensured to contain a complete package state, and the image information is identified.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 51 includes a group of shooting devices, and the processor 52 is specifically configured to identify an identification code in the image information collected by the camera module 51 in a preset fixed code scanning area.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 51 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of shooting devices, such as a camera for shooting the image, which is only used to collect the image information of the order target, and send the shot image information to the processor 52 for marking the image collection time, and identifying the identification code in the image information, so that the code scanning and the image collection are completed at the same time.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 51 includes a set of code scanning devices and a set of shooting devices, and the processor 52 is specifically configured to identify an identification code scanned by the code scanning device in a preset fixed code scanning area, where the code scanning device scans a code of the order target while the shooting device collects image information of the order target.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 51 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of code scanning devices and a set of shooting devices, when the code scanning devices scan the code to the identification code, the shooting devices collect the order target, and the processor 52 can recognize the content corresponding to the code scanning and mark the time for collecting the image information, and thus, the code scanning and the image information collection are completed at the same time.
Further, in order to acquire a clearer image and complete the step of identifying the image information, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further includes: a fill light device 53 disposed in the order operation area, a trigger 54, and a network communication device 55 connected to the processor,
the trigger 54 is configured to start the light supplement device 53 when the camera module 51 is started to shoot in a preset fixed code scanning area, so that the camera module 51 collects image information meeting preset image processing conditions;
the network communication device 55 is configured to send the image information marked with the image capturing time in the processor 52 to a local system or a cloud system in a wireless or wired manner, so as to determine that the image information is processed in the local system or the cloud system.
Wherein, light filling equipment 53 can provide illumination for camera module 51 for the LED lamp to gather the image information of high quality, the trigger is the trigger switch of arbitrary form, so that camera module 51 when presetting fixed code scanning area and shooing, starts light filling equipment 53 simultaneously and carries out the light filling. Because the image information and the order information in the current fixed code scanning device need to be output to the system for processing, the network communication device 55 may be a communication module such as 4G, BLE, WiFi, or the like, and sends the image information to the local system or the cloud system for recognition of the image information, and other data generated in the other processors 52 may be transmitted through the network communication device 55.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the current fixed code scanning device to complete data processing, the method may further include: memory, battery (or external power supply), etc. to realize complete code scanning and shooting functions.
Compared with the prior art that order information is obtained by manually triggering an order and estimating time, the fixed code scanning equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention completes image information acquisition of an order target while identifying the identification code of the order target through the camera module fixed in the order operation area; marking, by a processor, an image acquisition time of the order target; the order output information containing the image acquisition time is output by combining the order information corresponding to the identification code, the manual operation cost for generating the order output time is reduced, the timeliness of the image acquisition time of the order target is improved, the accuracy of the order output information is improved, the simultaneous acquisition of code scanning and image information is completed through the camera module, the operation cost of hardware is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of code scanning and order output of the order target is improved.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 or 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a handheld code scanning device, which is applied to single code scanning, and as shown in fig. 7, the device includes: the system comprises a camera module 61 configured on the handheld device and a processor 62 connected to the handheld device, wherein the camera module 61 is used for acquiring image information of an order target and transmitting the image information to the processor 62, and the handheld device is used for indicating a user to perform code scanning operation at any position of an order operation area;
the processor 62 is configured to mark the image acquisition time of the acquired image information after receiving the image information, and generate order discharge information including the image acquisition time by identifying the identification code of the order target and combining the order information of the identification code.
When a user expects a bill to an order target, the user often determines the bill by scanning an identification code attached to a package, so that image information is collected or a code is scanned on the order target by a camera module 61 arranged on handheld equipment at any position of an order operation area. The order operation area can be any position for operating the order target, the handheld code scanning device can be a wired or wireless code scanning gun, and a user collects image information of the order target through the handheld code scanning gun provided with the camera module 61 and transmits the image information to the processor 62. Since the handheld code scanning device may be wired or wireless, the processor 62 may be configured on the handheld code scanning device, or may be connected to the handheld code scanning device and configured on a fixed terminal.
It should be noted that the camera module 61 configured on the handheld code scanning device can acquire image information with good quality and avoid the complexity of the focusing process, and the camera module 61 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a fixed focus lens, and a focusing distance is configured in advance, for example, by using depth of field, which has been described in the above embodiments and is not described in detail.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 61 includes a group of shooting devices, and the processor 62 is specifically configured to identify an identification code in image information acquired by the camera module 61 at any position of the order operation area.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 61 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of shooting devices, such as a camera for shooting the image, which is only used to collect the image information of the order target, and send the shot image information to the processor 62 for marking the image collection time, and identifying the identification code in the image information, so that the code scanning and the image collection are completed at the same time.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 61 includes a group of code scanning devices and a group of shooting devices, and the processor 62 is specifically configured to identify an identification code scanned by the code scanning device at any position of an order operation area, where the code scanning device scans a code of the order target while the shooting device collects image information of the order target.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 61 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of code scanning devices and a set of shooting devices, when the code scanning devices scan the code to the identification code, the shooting devices collect the order target, and the processor 62 can recognize the content corresponding to the code scanning and mark the time for collecting the image information, and thus, the code scanning and the image information collection are completed at the same time.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus further includes: a fill light device 63 configured on the handheld device, a trigger 64, a network communication device 65 connected with the processor,
the trigger 64 is configured to start the light supplement device 63 when the camera module 61 is started to shoot at any position of the order operation area, so that the camera module 61 collects image information meeting preset image processing conditions;
the network communication device 65 is configured to send the image information marked with the image capturing time in the processor to a local system or a cloud system in a wireless or wired manner, so as to determine that the image information is processed in the local system or the cloud system.
Wherein, light filling equipment 63 can provide illumination for camera module 61 for the LED lamp to gather the image information of high quality, the trigger is the trigger switch of arbitrary form, so that when making camera module 61 shoot in the optional position in order operation area, start light filling equipment 63 simultaneously and carry out the light filling. Since the image information and the order information in the handheld code scanning device need to be output to the system for processing, the network communication device 55 may be a communication module such as 4G, BLE, WiFi, etc., and sends the image information to the local system or the cloud system for image information identification, and other data generated by the other processors 62 may be transmitted through the network communication device 65.

Compared with the prior art that order information is obtained by manually triggering an order and estimating time, the embodiment of the invention completes image information acquisition of the order target while identifying the identification code of the order target through the camera module configured on the handheld equipment; marking, by a processor connected to the handheld device, an image acquisition time of the order target; the order output information containing the image acquisition time is output by combining the order information corresponding to the identification code, the manual operation cost for generating the order output time is reduced, the timeliness of the image acquisition time of the order target is improved, the accuracy of the order output information is improved, the simultaneous acquisition of code scanning and image information is completed through the camera module, the operation cost of hardware is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of code scanning and order output of the order target is improved.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 or 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a portable packaging tool applied to a package of an order target, as shown in fig. 9, where the apparatus includes: a camera module 71 arranged on the packaging tool, a processor 72 connected to the camera module,
the camera module 71 is configured to acquire image information of an order object and transmit the image information to the processor 72, where the packaging tool is configured to operate packaging of the order object in a packaging operation process;
the processor 72 is configured to mark the image acquisition time of the acquired image information after receiving the image information, and generate order discharge information including the image acquisition time by identifying the identification code of the order target and combining the order information of the identification code.
When a user expects to give an order to an order target, the order target is scanned and given an order, and the identification code is attached to the package, so that the order target is scanned and image acquisition is performed in the packaging process through the camera module 71 configured on the packaging tool. The packaging tool can be a stapler, a tape machine, a portable stapler, a tape machine and the like, and a user can scan codes or collect image information through the configured camera module 71 after packaging at any place by using the packaging tool. Since the packaging tool may be wired or wireless, the processor 72 may be disposed on the packaging tool, or may be connected to the packaging tool and disposed on the fixed terminal.
It should be noted that the camera module 71 configured on the packaging tool can acquire image information with good quality, and avoid the complexity of the focusing process, and the camera module 71 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a fixed focus lens, and a focusing distance is configured in advance, for example, by using a depth of field, which has been described in the above embodiments and is not described in detail.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 71 includes a group of shooting devices, and the processor 72 is specifically configured to identify an identification code in image information acquired by the camera module 71 in the packaging operation process.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 71 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of shooting devices, such as a camera for shooting the image, for only acquiring the image information of the order target, and sending the shot image information to the processor 72 for marking the image acquisition time, and identifying the identification code in the image information, so as to complete the code scanning and the image acquisition at the same time.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 71 includes a set of code scanning devices and a set of shooting devices,
the processor 72 is specifically configured to identify an identification code scanned by the code scanning device in the packaging operation process, where the code scanning device scans the order target while the shooting device collects image information of the order target.
In order to simplify the steps of scanning the code and acquiring the image, the camera module 71 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a set of code scanning devices and a set of shooting devices, when the code scanning devices scan the code to the identification code, the shooting devices collect the order object, and the processor 72 can recognize the content corresponding to the code scanning and mark the time for collecting the image information, so that the code scanning and the image information collection are completed at the same time.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the apparatus further includes: a fill light device 73 arranged on the packaging tool, a trigger 74, a network communication device 75 connected to said processor,
the trigger 74 is configured to start the light supplement device 73 when the camera module 71 is started to shoot in the packaging operation process, so that the camera module 71 collects image information meeting preset image processing conditions;
the network communication device 75 is configured to send the image information marked with the image capturing time in the processor 72 to a local system or a cloud system in a wireless or wired manner, so as to determine that the image information is processed in the local system or the cloud system.
Wherein, light filling equipment 73 can provide illumination for camera module 71 for the LED lamp to gather high quality image information, the trigger is the trigger switch of arbitrary form, so that when making camera module 71 shoot at the packing in-process, starts light filling equipment 53 simultaneously and carries out the light filling. Since the image information and the receipt information in the current packaging tool need to be output to the system for processing, the network communication device 75 may be a communication module such as 4G, BLE, WiFi, or the like, and transmits the image information to the local system or the cloud system for identification of the image information, and other data generated in the other processors 72 may be transmitted through the network communication device 75.
It should be noted that, in order to make the current packaging tool complete data processing, the method may further include: memory, battery (or external power supply), etc. to realize complete code scanning and shooting functions.
