Abstract
The invention discloses a cylindrical part bonding tool, and belongs to the technical field of assembly processes. The tool comprises a nut and a mandrel, wherein one end of the mandrel is a positioning end, the other end of the mandrel is a connecting end, two right-angle steps are processed on a cylindrical surface of the positioning end, and cylindrical sections corresponding to the right-angle steps are respectively matched with the inner diameters of a first circular ring and a second circular ring; the connecting end is provided with a connecting thread which is matched with the internal thread of the nut; the end face of the nut is provided with a positioning step matched with the inner diameter of the cylindrical part, and the first circular ring and the second circular ring are positioned in the cylindrical part at one time through the matching of the nut positioning step, the mandrel and the cylindrical part. The invention can complete the bonding of three parts by one-time clamping, thereby reducing the cumulative error of separate bonding.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bonding process and a tool for a cylindrical part, and belongs to the technical field of tool processes.
Background
The matching component of a certain product is composed of three parts, wherein the three parts are respectively a cylindrical part and two circular rings matched with the step inner holes of the cylindrical part, the two circular rings are fixed with the cylindrical part in a bonding mode, and the structure of the finished product is shown in the attached drawing 5.
The current bonding process flow is as follows: firstly, a cylindrical part and a first ring are bonded by using one set of tool, and after the two parts are firmly bonded, another set of tool is used for bonding a second ring.
As shown in the attached figure 1, a first circular ring is sleeved from the left end of a mandrel and pushed to a step positioning position of the mandrel, then an adhesive is coated on an adhesive surface of a cylindrical part, where the first circular ring is installed, the mandrel with the circular ring I is inserted from the right end of the cylindrical part, the first circular ring is required to be in contact with the positioning step surface of the cylindrical part, and then a nut is screwed and locked. The two end faces of the first circular ring are guaranteed to be compressed by the steps of the mandrel and the steps of the cylindrical part together. After the bonding and curing, the mandrel is taken out, and the bonded structure is shown as the attached figure 2. And then the second ring is bonded with the cylinder by using another set of bonding tool with similar structure.
Because two rings are bonded with the cylinder twice, the phenomenon that the two rings and the cylinder are not coaxial is easily caused due to the accumulation of bonding errors twice, the product quality is further influenced, and the production efficiency is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a cylindrical part bonding tool, which can complete bonding of three parts by one-time clamping, and reduce cumulative errors of separate bonding.

step four: screwing a nut on the connecting end of the mandrel and locking;
step five: and taking out the mandrel after bonding and curing.

according to the invention, three parts are bonded by using the same set of bonding tool and the same positioning mandrel, and are clamped at one time, so that the bonding positioning precision is improved, the accumulated error of separated bonding is reduced, the requirement of bonding coaxiality process files is met, the quality is up to 100%, and the bonding quality and the production efficiency of products are improved.

step four: screwing a nut 5 on the connecting end of the mandrel 4 and locking the nut to ensure that the two end faces of the first circular ring 2 and the second circular ring 3 are respectively and jointly pressed by the corresponding step of the mandrel 4 and the corresponding step of the cylindrical part 1, and the state is shown in figure 4;
step five: after the bonding and curing, the mandrel 4 is taken out, and the formed product is shown as the attached figure 5.
