identifying key information on the bill information, classifying and storing the key information to generate a classification mark;
matching a preset quotation formula according to the bill information matched by the classification mark, wherein a plurality of filling items are arranged in the quotation formula;
a filling template set is preset, and filling templates are matched for the filling items according to the key information or filling data are obtained for the filling items; matching the quotation formula according to the classification mark to narrow the matching range of the filling template and the filling data; then, carrying out precise matching according to the key information so as to match out bill pricing and improve the accuracy of the bill pricing;
embedding the filled quotation formula into the bill information, and pushing the embedded bill information to the target source; the method further comprises the following steps:
before the bill information is pushed, the filled quotation formula and the embedded bill information are saved;
associating the quotation formula with the classification mark corresponding to the bill information;
generating a filling template corresponding to the classification mark according to the filling item in the quotation formula;
and if the same filling template is not matched in the filling template set, adding the generated filling template into the filling template set.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
matching filling templates with the same classification marks from the filling template set according to the classification marks;
after the matched bill information corresponding to the filling template is successfully checked with the bill information corresponding to the classification mark, filling the successfully checked filling template into the quotation formula;
and embedding the offer formula into the bill information corresponding to the classification mark, and pushing the embedded bill information corresponding to the classification mark in a direction opposite to the inquiry channel.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the matching of the ticket information corresponding to the filling template and the ticket information corresponding to the classification mark is successfully checked, the method further comprises:
checking the key information of the bill information corresponding to the filled template and the key information of the bill information corresponding to the classification mark;
and if the same items of the number and the type of the checked key information are larger than a preset consistent numerical value, the checking is successful.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
establishing a blacklist and a credit granting list, and embedding a judgment reference in the blacklist and a credit granting reference in the credit granting list;
acquiring judgment data belonging to a target source according to the target source;
before matching, maintaining the blacklist, wherein the maintenance refers to adding the bill information and the target source into the blacklist;
if the bill information or the target source is matched in the blacklist, canceling a quotation formula, and prompting that the bill information or the target source is in the blacklist;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
acquiring credit granting data belonging to a target source according to the target source;
maintaining the credit granting list before matching, wherein the maintaining refers to adding the bill information and the target source into the credit granting list;
and if the bill information or the target source is matched in the credit granting list, directly matching a quotation formula, and if the bill information or the target source is not matched, prompting the unmatched state.
5. A bill operation management system is characterized by comprising
The acquisition module (1) is used for acquiring bill information from a target source through an inquiry channel;
the identification and classification module (2) is in data connection with the acquisition module (1) and is used for identifying key information on the bill information, classifying and storing the key information and generating a classification mark;
the matching formula module (3) is in data connection with the identification and classification module (2) and is used for matching a preset quotation formula according to the bill information of the classification mark, wherein a plurality of filling items are arranged in the quotation formula;
the filling module (4) is in data connection with the matching formula module (3), is internally provided with a filling template set in advance, and is used for matching a filling template for the filling item according to the key information or acquiring filling data for the filling item; matching the quotation formula according to the classification mark to narrow the matching range of the filling template and the filling data; then, carrying out precise matching according to the key information so as to match out bill pricing and improve the accuracy of the bill pricing;
an embedding and pushing module (5) for embedding the filled-in quotation formula into the billing information and pushing the embedded billing information to the target source, wherein the system further comprises:
the direct pushing module (9) is in data connection with the filling module (4) and is used for saving the filled quotation formula and the embedded bill information before pushing the bill information;
the association module (10) is in data connection with the direct pushing module (9) and is used for associating the quotation formula with the classification mark corresponding to the bill information;
the template generating module (11) is in data connection with the association module (10) and is used for generating a filling template corresponding to the classification mark according to a filling item in the quotation formula;
and the adding module (12) is used for adding the generated filling template into the filling template set when the same filling template is not matched in the filling template set.
6. The system of claim 5, further comprising:
the matching template module (13) is in data connection with the filling module (4) and is used for matching filling templates with the same classification marks from the filling template set according to the classification marks;
the checking module (14) is in data connection with the matching template module (13) and is used for filling the successfully checked filling template into the quotation formula after the matched bill information corresponding to the filling template is successfully checked with the bill information corresponding to the classification mark;
the checking module (14) is in data connection with the embedded pushing module (5).
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein said verification module (14) further comprises:
a checking unit (15) for checking the key information of the bill information corresponding to the filling template and the key information of the bill information corresponding to the classification mark;
and the judging unit (16) is used for judging that the number of the key information to be checked is larger than a preset consistent value if the number of the key information to be checked is the same as the number of the key information to be checked in the category, and the checking is successful.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising:
a blacklist judgment module (6) for establishing a blacklist, embedding a judgment standard in the blacklist, acquiring judgment data belonging to a target source according to the target source, and maintaining the blacklist before matching, wherein the maintenance refers to adding the bill information and the target source into the blacklist, and if the bill information or the target source is matched in the blacklist, canceling a quotation formula and prompting that the bill information or the target source is in the blacklist;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the credit granting judgment module (7) is used for establishing a credit granting list, setting a credit granting reference in the credit granting list, acquiring credit granting data belonging to a target source according to the target source, and maintaining the credit granting list before matching, wherein the maintenance refers to adding the bill information and the target source into the credit granting list; and if the bill information or the target source is matched in the credit granting list, directly matching a quotation formula, and if the bill information or the target source is not matched, prompting the unmatched state.
