However, the above-described means have problems of poor recognition effect and less recognized identification information.
For example, the current video face recognition system is generally divided into three processes of face detection, feature extraction and face recognition: firstly, whether a human face exists in a video image area is detected, if so, facial feature information of the human face, such as the position and the size of the human face and position information of each main facial organ, is extracted from a video stream and is compared with known human face information, and therefore the identity of each human face is recognized.
However, the video images collected by the video monitoring equipment are generally poor in quality, and the face images are relatively small, so that the face recognition accuracy and efficiency are reduced. In addition, the face recognition effect is limited by the number of stored known face information libraries, which also presents a great challenge to users who newly enter the field. Therefore, the accuracy rate of identifying the identity of the image acquired by the video monitoring equipment is low.
For another example, after acquiring the mobile phone number and the device code, if the user rarely uses the terminal, the information that can be acquired is very limited, and most of the acquired information is online information, which is not beneficial to identify the user.
Therefore, in the prior art, the accuracy rate of identifying the information collected by the monitoring equipment is low.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The identity recognition method of one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an identification method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the identity recognition method of this embodiment includes:
and S102, acquiring image information acquired by the video monitoring equipment and the electronic tag acquired by the network equipment.
The video monitoring device may be, for example, a video camera or a camera device distributed in a shopping mall, a train station, a street, or the like, and is used to acquire a scene image within a shooting range of the device, so that a monitoring person can know actual situations of each monitoring location.
The network device includes a communication network, a computer network, and other devices, such as a base station, a router, a switch, and other devices, where the entire network is composed of a plurality of network devices, and each network device is responsible for a certain area, that is, has a corresponding coverage area, so that by reading data records such as Access records of the network device, it can know which terminals are located in the coverage area of the network device through MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber identity Number), and the like stored, recorded, or received by the network device.
And step S104, associating the image information of the same object to be identified with the electronic tag according to the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment, the coverage range of the network equipment and the time information.
The inventor finds that with the popularization of intelligent mobile terminals and wireless communication technology, it is common to use one or more mobile terminals and keep a communication network open. Therefore, the image information and the electronic tag can be associated by utilizing the position attributes of the video monitoring equipment and the network equipment.
The electronic tag may include a hardware IDentifier of the terminal, a communication IDentifier, an account IDentifier carried on the terminal, and the like, where the hardware IDentifier may be, for example, an MAC address, an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), an MEID (Mobile Equipment IDentifier), and the like, the communication IDentifier may include, for example, a Mobile phone number, an IMSI number, and the like, and the account IDentifier carried on the terminal may be, for example, an instant messaging account, an email address, a payment account, and the like. The acquisition may be performed according to the need and the kind of network device, for example, through a wireless communication network, a short-range communication network such as bluetooth, cellular data, etc.
The video monitoring equipment and the network equipment acquire two completely different kinds of information. However, each video monitoring device and each network device have a specific management range. Therefore, when a person is present in an area where both the video surveillance device and the network device can be controlled, at the same time, the image of the person appears in the surveillance video, and the electronic tag of the person is captured by the network device.
Therefore, in consideration of the time delay of information capture between devices and the problem of time correction, the image information and the electronic tag respectively collected by the video monitoring device and the network device, which intersect with each other in the monitoring range and the coverage range, in the same time range can be regarded as the image information and the electronic tag of the same person, that is, the collected image information, the electronic tag and the object to be recognized can be associated.
And step S106, according to the user network description information associated with the electronic tag, using the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag of the object to be recognized as the identity information of the image information of the object to be recognized.
The user network description information comprises at least one of network identity identification, population natural attribute and network behavior attribute. The network identity may be more electronic tags than the acquired electronic tags, for example, the acquired electronic tags only have the MAC address of the terminal, and the network identity may further include a mobile phone number, an application account, a mailbox address, and the like; demographic natural attributes may be, for example, gender, age, occupation, address of a standing home, and the like; the network behavior attribute may be, for example, a shopping preference, a search preference, an entertainment preference, and so forth.
Due to the development of big data technology, the behavior habits and the user characteristics of the user can be mined according to the user communication behavior and the internet surfing behavior associated with the electronic tag, so that the user network description information is obtained in advance.
After the image information, the electronic tag and the object to be identified are associated through step S104, the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag may be applied to the image information.
And then, the image information and the identity information of the image information can be sent to a merchant, so that the merchant can recommend information for the object to be identified corresponding to the image according to the identity information of the image information, and the information recommendation can be offline or online. The image information and the identity information of the image information can also be sent to the public security personnel, so that the public security personnel can search and monitor the object to be identified corresponding to the image information according to the identity information of the image information. As required, there may be other methods for processing the identity information of the image information, which are not described herein again.
The image information and the electronic tag of the same object to be recognized are determined and associated according to the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment, the coverage range of the network equipment and the time information, and the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag of the object to be recognized is used as the identity information of the image information of the object to be recognized, so that accurate identity recognition can be completed without the help of image features, the requirement on image acquisition quality is lowered, and more information than single image feature recognition can be obtained.
In the above-described embodiment, there may be a case where a plurality of pieces of image information and a plurality of electronic tags are captured in the same time range and the same position range. In this case, the image information and the electronic tag may be associated with each other by one or more pairs before being excluded. An identification method according to another embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the identity recognition method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the identity recognition method of this embodiment includes:
step S202, image information collected by the video monitoring equipment and electronic tags collected by the network equipment are obtained.
Step S204, in the same time range, a plurality of image information and a plurality of electronic tags respectively collected by the video monitoring equipment and the network equipment with intersection between the monitoring range and the coverage range are obtained.
That is, the image information and the electronic tag of the object to be recognized appearing in the same position range within the same time range are acquired.
Step S206, image recognition is carried out on the image information.
Due to the performance of the device and the storage requirements, images acquired by the video monitoring device are likely to be unclear and accurate face recognition cannot be performed. Therefore, step S206 may only roughly identify the person in the image, for example, only identify the age, sex, clothing, and so on, thereby obtaining the basic information of the object to be identified in the image, resulting in the image identification information.
Step S208, if the image identification information is matched with the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag, the image information corresponding to the matched image identification information is associated with the electronic tag corresponding to the matched user network description information.
For example, according to the result of image recognition, the object to be recognized in the figure is a young woman. According to the network description information associated with the electronic tags to be matched, only one object to be identified associated with one electronic tag is a young woman, and the other objects are males, middle-aged and elderly people, and the like, so that the young woman in the image and the young woman to which the electronic tag belongs can be confirmed to be the same person, and the image information and the electronic tag can be associated.
Step S210, according to the user network description information associated with the electronic tag, the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag of the object to be recognized is used as the identity information of the image information of the object to be recognized.
By adopting the method, the image information and the electronic tag can be accurately matched according to the information obtained or associated with the image information and the electronic tag, and the accuracy of identity recognition is improved.
An identification method according to a further embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an identification method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the identity recognition method of this embodiment includes:
step S302, image information collected by the video monitoring equipment and electronic tags collected by the network equipment are obtained.
And step S304, according to the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment, the coverage range of the network equipment and the time information, associating the image information of the same object to be identified with the electronic tag.
The detailed implementation of steps S302 to S304 can refer to steps S102 to S104, which are not described herein.
Step S306, according to the behavior description information associated with the image information, the behavior description information corresponding to the image information of the object to be recognized is used as the identity information of the electronic tag of the object to be recognized.
The behavior description information may be, for example, image library information, natural attributes of population, behavior identification information, and the like. The image library information may be a previously captured photograph of the same person; the behavior identification information may be, for example, an identity of a criminal suspect identified by a public security agency or an identity of a senior member of a shopping mall, or the like.
Sometimes, the image information has associated information obtained in advance, and the associated behavior description information is related to the actual behavior of the object to be recognized. For example, it may be another picture of the person in the image captured in advance, or the identity of the criminal suspect confirmed by police, or some basic information obtained from other actions of the person in the user in advance, such as age, occupation, sex, and so on.
Therefore, after the image information, the electronic tag and the object to be recognized are associated in step S304, the behavior description information corresponding to the image information can be applied to the electronic tag, so that when the information that can be mined from the electronic tag is small, the identity of the object to be recognized can be confirmed through the behavior description information associated in advance with the image information, and the electronic tag of the object to be recognized can be further focused.
According to the embodiment, the image information and the electronic tag of the same object to be identified are determined and associated according to the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment, the coverage range of the network equipment and the time information, and the behavior description information corresponding to the image information of the object to be identified is used as the identity information of the electronic tag of the object to be identified, so that the identity of the electronic tag can be determined firstly when less information is mined according to the electronic tag, and the subsequent monitoring strategy can be adjusted conveniently.
The above embodiment may capture a plurality of image information and a plurality of electronic tags in the same time range and the same position range. An identification method according to another embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a further embodiment of the identification method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the identity recognition method of this embodiment includes:
step S402, acquiring image information acquired by the video monitoring equipment and the electronic tag acquired by the network equipment.
Step S404, in the same time range, a plurality of image information and a plurality of electronic tags respectively collected by the video monitoring equipment and the network equipment with intersection between the monitoring range and the coverage range are obtained.
Step S406, basic attributes of the user corresponding to the plurality of electronic tags are searched.
Although in the present embodiment, the electronic tag may not have sufficient associated user network description information, since the electronic tags are all obtained manually, for example, there is a purchase process, a registration process, and the like, when registering or purchasing the electronic tag, basic attributes of the registered or purchased user, such as gender, identification number, birthday information, and the like, are left.
Step S408, if the basic attribute of the user is matched with the behavior description information corresponding to the image information, the electronic tag corresponding to the matched basic attribute of the user is associated with the image information corresponding to the matched behavior description information.
Step S410, according to the behavior description information associated with the image information, the behavior description information corresponding to the image information of the object to be recognized is used as the identity information of the electronic tag of the object to be recognized.
By adopting the method, the image information and the electronic tag can be accurately matched according to the information obtained or associated with the image information and the electronic tag, and the accuracy of identity recognition is improved.
In practical application, sometimes the appearance of a specific person needs to be monitored, and further identity confirmation is required to be obtained through images such as a face of an object to be recognized; sometimes, a specific electronic tag is monitored, and it is desired to obtain the feature of a person corresponding to the electronic tag. Embodiments of the present invention may fulfill both of the above needs.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in different application scenarios.
In one application scenario, the recognition process may be driven by video images. Namely, the target image information is determined firstly, and then the electronic tag which belongs to the same object to be identified with the target image information is searched.
One embodiment is as follows. Firstly, monitoring is carried out through video monitoring equipment, and the monitoring process can be to collect images of all human faces and people or to monitor images of specific people. When the image information of the object to be identified is detected, the current time information and the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment are obtained, and the electronic tag collected by the network equipment with the intersection of the coverage range and the monitoring range is associated with the detected image information in the time range determined according to the current time information.
And then, according to the user network description information associated with the electronic tag, taking the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag of the object to be recognized as the identity information of the image information of the object to be recognized.
Therefore, when the face or the appearance of a person needs to be recognized and the information of the person is mastered a little, more information related to the face image or the appearance image can be obtained according to the user network behavior information related to the electronic tag through the method, and accurate recognition does not need to be carried out according to the image characteristics.
Another embodiment is as follows.
And then, according to the behavior description information associated with the image information, taking the behavior description information corresponding to the image information of the object to be recognized as the identity information of the electronic tag of the object to be recognized.
Thus, when the behavioral description information of a person is obtained from the previous image record and it is desired to further understand the electronic tag of the person for monitoring in all directions, the method of the above embodiment may be adopted, when a target person appears, to further determine the electronic tag of the person based on the association relationship between the electronic tag, the image information, and the object to be recognized, and to give more information to the electronic tag.
For example, after the public security organization determines the appearance of a criminal suspect, the electronic tag of the suspect can be obtained by the method for further monitoring under the condition that the criminal suspect is not suitable for immediate capture.
In another application scenario, the identification process may be driven by an electronic tag. Namely, firstly, the target electronic tag is determined, and then image information which belongs to the same object to be identified as the target electronic tag is searched.
Yet another embodiment is as follows. Firstly, monitoring is carried out through network equipment, and the monitoring process can be to collect all electronic tags or to monitor a specific electronic tag. When the image information of the object to be identified is detected, the current time information and the monitoring range of the video monitoring equipment are obtained, and the electronic tag collected by the network equipment with the intersection of the coverage range and the monitoring range is associated with the detected image information in the time range determined according to the current time information.
And then, according to the behavior description information associated with the image information, taking the behavior description information corresponding to the image information of the object to be recognized as the identity information of the electronic tag of the object to be recognized.
Therefore, when the content mined by the electronic tag is limited, the identity information of the electronic tag can be enriched through the method so as to determine whether to pay attention to or monitor the electronic tag.
And then, according to the user network description information associated with the electronic tag, taking the user network description information corresponding to the electronic tag of the object to be recognized as the identity information of the image information of the object to be recognized.
Therefore, the image restoration of the monitored electronic tag can be realized.
For example, the shopping habits of the user can be known through the user network behavior information associated with the electronic tag, and after the electronic tag is associated with the image information, the physical characteristics of the user can be further known, so that more accurate online recommendation or online push can be performed; for example, the suspected phishing of a certain person can be known through the user network behavior information associated with the electronic tag, and the appearance characteristics of a suspected person can be further known through the associated image information, so that the network behavior can be monitored and monitored online.
